    I contacted Pearson Hyundai to inquire about pricing for a new 2019 Tucson for my mom. I spoke with the manager John Judy who was friendly, sincere, attentive, kind, welcoming, listened, and actually cared about my mom's needs. I explained the situation that I was trying to help my mom get the best price possible, and make the car buying process as painless as possible since she hadn't purchased a vehicle since 1974 (my dad always did). John and the entire staff was amazing and helpful. He was able to get my mom into a brand new Tucson under her budget, and a lower monthly payment she wanted to be at. He handled the test drive, all the paperwork, financing, and walked my mom through the entire process step by step with absolutely no pressure for her buy. I can not say enough good things about John and the entire Pearson Hyundai team. The facilities were first class, and will be returning early next year to purchase my next vehicle from them.

  • Came to my mother's house and harassed her

    I was told by this dealership that when they took my lease back that I would not have to pay anything except for my final monthly payment. So I turned it in and purchased a vehicle from them. A few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for over $1,400. I called and spoke to the general manager and he told me he would look into it and get back with me that day or the next. It has now been over a week and I have called up there 8 times and still have not heard from him. To make matters worse my sales experience was so good (which it was) I told my mother to go to them for her car. She did and a few days after she purchased her vehicle her sales person knocks on her front door uninvited to collect a copy of her marriage licence and my father's military info. He was told to do so by the management at Pearson. All for a $500 discount. So when they cost you $1,400 they do nothing about it but if you owe them $500 they'll invade your privacy to collect it.

    I purchased my 2016 Santa Fe Sport and I love love it!! PAUL ROGAN was very experienced in what the ends and out of my vehicle had, he did not pressure me into a purchase, very professional and it was Super Bowl Sunday and this gentleman stayed after his shift was over to ensure all my paperwork, tags and everything else was done. He is Awesome and I recommend him to anyone who is seeking to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. The dealership is nice and clean and make sure you are comfortable while you are there!! Paul got me a deal I could not refuse and his manager Scott is awesome as well Thanks guys you ROCK!!

    They talked me into buying a car I didn't really want based on what a great deal it was and how economic it was. It took 6 attempts to write up the paper work with the "out the door" price as the actual out the door price. And my real world gas mileage is 10mpg less than what the sticker said. Terrible car company and an even worse dealership.

    We bought our new car from pearson and they salesman was great but the car had brake problems and they failed to fix it 4 times in a row, they also used my car as transportation to and from thier homes racking up over 120 miles and they also ran red light cameras and ran through the toll plaza on powhite pkwy imposeing fines on me and my wife. this was done on purpose the service staff created false service peports on my car and lied about everything they said was wrong with the brakes, they machined grooves into the brake rotors and got grease on my seats which is not supposed to happen since i purchased thier specail coating they offer for exterior and interior protection at a very hefty price !! Stay away from pearsons people they are a total scam !

    This was the best ever car buying experience! My daughter and I shopped other dealerships and purchased a Santa Fe here. We got a fair price for the vehicle and a decent trade-in on the old Santa Fe. The salesman was incredibly patient and kind. He sat in the parking lot with us going over details of the vehicle long after the dealership closed for the night. He couldn't have been any kinder-even leaving us his cell number if we had questions in the future. At some dealerships the salemen don't take women car shoppers very seriously. We were treated with with dignity and respect and left fully satisfied that we got a good deal on an awesome car. So ladies, if you want to purchase a Hyundai, go see Skip Moore at Pearson's Hyundai-you won't regret it.

    First of all, let me know just say that addendum stickers are a joke! Especially when the reason for them is simply, "market rate adjustment." Huh? Why should I start negotiations at $1,500 over sticker price!? That is just downright insulting. I would even pay MSRP, much less MSRP plus and extra $1,500! Second, this dealer claims they give max value for used Hyundai's and tied for first with another horrible dealer for the lowest price offered of five different places. Doesn't seem like a max value to me. Add the first and second together here, and you're paying well over MSRP and getting well less than what you deserve for your trade in. Not a combination I'm fond of, as a buyer. So, beware potential buyers. You should always do a lot of comparison shopping before you buy a vehicle! You will see that, by comparison, this dealership takes more of your money and gives you less value for your trade in. No thank you!

    Salesman allowed me to explain my situation and gave me the freedom to make a choice that I might have regretted later. He was truly concern about what I was trying to do, instead of just trying to sell me a car. That is why I am writing this review because I would like them to have the opportunity to bid for my business.

    I just bought my 3rd Hyundai from Pearson Hyundai. Marty P. (Internet Sales Manager) was OUTSTANDING. I wasn't 100% positive about buying a new car yesterday but he worked with me on getting the right "price and terms" that met my needs and his. I read the other reviews from 2011 and early 2012 which where not that great however that was not my experience in 2006 when my wife and I bought our Azera and minivan from this dealership. We had a very positive experience then and I was willing to give them the business again. We were not disappointed. Marty was professional, extremely knowledgeable about the car, and was just a personable nice man to buy a car from. I would not only recommend Pearson but Marty P. as well. His professionalism reflects great credit upon himself and the Pearson dealership.
