  • Bad Business!!!

1 out of 5 starsby Dpalmer on 01/22/2020

Purchase a vehicle from them and was told the the vehicle had a clean carfax and had no accidents. So when I took the car in to the dealership for a recall and got an appraisal they informed me of the accident and now the car is worth less than 60% of purchased price . After 8 months. BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

  • A waste of time and not even worth the 1 star rating

I was very disappointed with the service here and to that end, we did not make a purchase. My father-in-law is a mechanical engineer and I would never make a purchase on a used or new vehicle without him thoroughly assessing any present or potential issues. He showed up to CarNGo before me and met with the representative I spoke to over the phone. He asked if he could look under the hood and connect his automotive diagnostic scanner to assess the vehicle. She agreed and brought him the keys. After lingering around us while taking a cell phone call, the manager came over assuming that we were looking for reasons for him to lower the price. He proceeded to be very rude in his questioning claiming he "just wanted to know exactly what we were doing" and that we should have "asked the dealer" before beginning. When we explained that the representative gave us permission he replied that "she is not the dealer". Which made no sense because then why was she authorized to even help us? He proceeded to tell us that the price was as low as it could go and hinted that we should look at a similar vehicle that was higher priced. When we explained that we would complete the same process no matter the price or model, he very rudely asked us how long it would take. At this point I did not appreciate the tone he was taking or the assumptions he was making and decided that we would not do business with him. This is not the way to treat a potential buyer and anyone who truly knows anything about vehicles would have recognized everything that my father was looking for (fluids, breaks, AC/heating function, tire quality, diagnostic scanning). Please be weary of this "dealership".

The team at this lot made it happen for both of our daughters. They both have great vehicles, we weren't being j juggled around with poor results at the end. We came, we concord, we drove off with a new ride each time😁😁. Thanks team at car n go Hull Street ed N. Chesterfield, Va.

  • They Made it Right

    5 out of 5 starsby Steve1234 on 12/26/2017

We had a rough start in getting a remote starter put into my wife's car for her birthday due to some inaccurate information being provided. But Mike (Manager) made good on his promise to make things right. They did a very nice job on the install and I have ordered a system for my truck because of the service we received the second time around. Thanks.
