The dealership did a stellar job repairing my vehicle. I was very pleased with their high level of customer service. They kept me informed through the entire process and completed the repair on time.
They even detailed my vehicle inside and… out! When I picked up my vehicle from the body shop, it looked like the day I purchased it from the dealership.

They purchased our 2016 Chevrolet Suburban and our 2021 Chevrolet Equinox on the same day so we could custom order my wife a 2023 Tahoe RST 4x4. They then drove us about… an hour and fifteen minutes to our home. The order took about 4 months, but it was worth the wait to get exactly what we wanted. There were many great things about the process which included good email communications with Doug, Lynn, Brad, and the team, NO erroneous market price adjustments like you see at other stealerships in Northern VA, a good selection of available discounts depending on what you qualify for, many optional maintenance and warranty options available, and simply great customer service. If you want to work with a family run local business that provides fair and equitable dealership services, products, and vehicles, then I highly recommend that you give Reynolds a call or visit soon.Top notch dealer
