The sales agent, Tony Pecoraro, was so easy to work with and I would gladly buy there… again.Mediocre Customer Service After Purchase
by jvot on 02/03/2018Overall I had a pleasant experience, but there are a few things that concern me. The first occurred during the bargaining process. I had Not agreed on their latest offer. However, the finance guy came out to get me to start signing the… papers. I felt they were trying to pull one over on me. I ended up leaving, thinking about what they offered me. In the morning, I called to say no thanks. It wasn’t until then that they agreed to my monthly payment. The process was then smooth sailing. However, a month after my purchase, I discovered my plates were expired. They ended up transferring my old plate from my old car to my new car, but they didn’t register my new car. During that time frame, the registration expired. I called a few Times before they gave me an answer. Their answer was that I have to go to the DMV. I’m not happy about it since that takes a significant time out of my day. I still do not know why they can’t take care of it for me.Repeat buyer - Same dealer & same model!

Walked around the lot (HASSLE FREE!) while taking my 2010 to get serviced. Found a 2013 model still on the lot in March of 2014, fell in love,… found my salesman (Wayne R) from my first purchase and bought the 2013 that week! Haley truly is the epitome of customer service. I took my 2010 there for every service and also took it to the collision center there when my vehicle was in an accident. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. Haley truly exceeds my expectations!Great Experience

by kfrolic on 03/24/2012updated 08/05/2025I went to Haley Ford on Wednesday evening (Mar 21) and test drove a new 2012 Ford Escape. The vehicle had hesitation problems when I tried to merge into traffic. I told the dealership when I got back about the hesitation and they told me… that they would look into it and fix whatever the problem was. I was told to go on and fill out a contract and I could drive it again before I picked the vehicle up to make sure the problem was fixed. When we called the next day to see what they problem was they said they didn't find anything wrong - that it might have been because the vehicle was low on gas. The more I thought about it the more apprehensive I was to purchase a vehicle that has hesitation problems because over 95% of my driving is interstate driving. I told them that I didn't want the vehicle because I didn't feel safe in it. I was told that the contract was binding. I went in today (Friday Mar 23) to beg out of the contract because I just wasn't going to feel safe and I was told by the GM that I shouldn't have signed a contract then and he wasn't going to let me out - he was very rude. I was asked to drive it again today and I did and it still has the hesitation problem. I asked what happened to customer safety and satisfaction? In the past when I bought a vehicle if I was not satisfied with the vehicle the contract was null and void. I told them that I would never have signed a contract had I been told that these days it is binding even if the vehicle is not up to my satisfaction. They told me that they would try to find another vehicle that I would want. I told them that I would take a Blue Flame with the cargo package, and sync. I spent hours in the showroom while they looked. They finally found a vehicle that I told them that I would accept if it didn't have any driving problems. I was told that the vehicle would be at the site tomorrow (Saturday Mar 24) and they would call me to come test drive it. Later today I received a call that they failed to lock the vehicle in and that the vehicle has now been sold. Again, they said they would try to find another similar vehilcle but if they couldn't that I will have to settle for another color and whatever they find and if they didn't find anything that I liked I have to take the one that has hesitation problems. Again, I want to know what happened to customer satisfaction, protection, and safety. I don't think I should be forced to purchase a vehicle that I don't feel safe in and have another vehicle that I don't want forced on me.Sales review
