Don't buy a car here! Beware of James and others.
by tcc4 on 10/14/2014This dealer has very unprofessional staff. There is one particular guy named James who smelled of alcohol and smoke. In addition to this offensive and questionable smell, he kept leaning into my personal space, and he was extremely rude to… me as I left the dealership. He thought I was not planning to return and os he berated me in the parking lot in front of other sales people and customers, saying that he could not get me a better APR because I did not pay my bills. This was an untrue statement; had he not have behaved so badly I would have returned to buy the car after securing financing form my bank. I instead went to test drive a Honda Accord Hybrid and met a guy named Gregg who told me he had just left his job at the Casey Volkswagon Dealership because of James. Gregg said James could not be fired because he is the managers lackey and is evidently able to get away with anything. Now I will never buy a car from CASEY VOLKSWAGON unless James is permanently fired and I receive a letter of apology from the dealership. I am not holding my breath waiting around for this to happen. I think I will buy a Honda instead!
