Untrustworthy. Dont care!

I dropped my car off for inspection and repairs on October 19, 2024. As of today, it has been 38 days since my car was left at… the dealership, and I have yet to receive any updates or progress reports. I was informed that the service technician assigned to my vehicle has abruptly left the company. Over two weeks ago, I was assured that someone would reach out to me regarding the status of my car, but I have not heard from anyone since. I have made multiple requests to speak with the manager but have not received a response. At this point, I am feeling quite concerned about the lack of communication and attention to my situation. by Kimberly on 04/15/2024In March, I visited Casey BMW to trade in my 2018 330i for a used X3. However, I discovered that my car had been in an accident, and its value was only $5,000, while I paid $27,000 for it. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and the… staff's behavior was completely unethical. The General Manager tried to gaslight me into believing that what he was saying was correct. I lost the car I wanted and went through a lot of embarrassing and stressful moments, along with the mistreatment of the staff, especially the General Manager. After several weeks of battling with Casey, they changed the Carfax to state that my car was not in an accident and admitted that they replaced the bumper, which wasn't a big deal due to their cost to fix. However, they still haven't come clean about why they had to replace the bumper. In March, the General Manager called me to ask if I would give them another chance, saying that Art Casey was getting me an X3 similar to the one they had created me to lose. However, it has been almost a month, and I haven't received any response or call back. My car now has three Carfaxes. When we compare them, it is clear that Casey removed the accident from the Carfax when I purchased it. It is unacceptable that they have the power to change a Carfax so conveniently. I urge anyone thinking of buying from Casey or trading with them to make sure they have all the information. Obtain a Carfax on your car before you go in, and when buying, get your own Carfax. Don't let Casey BMW take advantage of you like they did to me.GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was graciously greeted by the staff upon my arrival and had a very knowledgeable saleswoman, Ms. Angelique N., who accessed my trade and assisted me in my purchase. All my wants in my next… vehicle was assessed by importance to me, and I was shown my 128i which I truly adore. My purchase was quite easy, finance was just the best in understanding my budget, and the car was thoroughly inspected which put my mind at ease. I have had no issues regarding my vehicle since my purchase and truly enjoy the dynamics of my 128i. Thanks again to the Casey BMW Family for making my purchase a celebration and not a hassle.
