    I went to this dealership to buy a used SUV. I didn't buy a car but, i will soon. My salesperson was Samuel R. He was very informative as to the different cars we asked about. Sam, treated us with respect and thoroughly explained all the features and benefits of all the car we asked about. I will recommend going to this dealership and asking for Samuel R. He was absolutely awesome.

    The Team at Lindsay was the best from the customer service I received on the phone to the time I drove away in my new car. The Sales Consultant Bahram and the Finance Consultant Arron we amazing! Tony was behind the wheel so to speak to put it all together. - Thanks guys!

    I built a Ram 1500 on Edmunds site and submitted it to receive quotes from three dealers. I was immedediately contactacted by Lindsay about many things except my quote. I finally did request a very specific request for a special order unit. I was also very specific that I only wanted the MSRP and their sales price without any incentives. I then waited from 5/7/14 to 5/12/14 to be given only the MSRP and told they do not give pricing by phone or the internet. I am looking not only for a good price, but a dealer that is staight forward and can be dealt with in a no hasstle way. I don't think this is the place. Based on what I was told and yet how they have their internet pricing, I think I smell "Bait and Switch"Take your time and shop around before going here.

    I would never go to this dealership again. If I could give the dealer less than 1 star, I would as this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at a car dealership and I have purchased at least 7 vehicles in my lifetime. My husband and I drove from Upper NW DC to Manassas, VA. My husband and I were told one price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland (the dealership had two in stock at the time); however, after several rounds of negotiation, we were quoted a price that was at least $2,300 more than the initial price of $43,089. We were told that this was because we did not qualify for the "Lindsay Love It" price listed on the Internet. Therefore, the sales manager added back the "rebates" that were previously quoted to us. We NEVER told either the sales person or sales manager that we were in the military, had a car lease, or had an affiliation with Chrysler. Why would we do so when we know that such information would need to be verified by the dealership? My husband and I have 3 graduate degrees between us so we can understand simple math. Needless to say, this experience was a total waste of our time and we will NEVER visit any Lindsay dealership again. As far as our SUV purchase, we ended up purchasing a ML350 from MB of Alexandria and had a great experience there. I will state that this was my second purchase from MB of Alexandria and it is a quality dealership.
