My dream car
by Rachel on 07/25/2019My husband and I recently came to Terry to trade in the old minivan for something a little sportier. We were lucky to have Hutch help us out. Not only did he explain all the features of each vehicle, but he also helped us compare them, and… took us on as many test drives as we needed, the whole time showing patience and making the experience fun. He really took good care of us during the paperwork process as well. I’ve never bought a car so easily! Then, after I had keys in hand, he even spent time sitting in the car with me to make sure I understood how to work the different features and felt comfortable driving away. Hutch took great care of us, and we truly appreciate it!poor sales strategy
by ftps on 05/30/2011updated 07/24/2025i went to this dealership, told them my exact situation my criteria for a vehicle, and what i would like to pay monthly. after wasting almost 3 hours of my time, the salesperson showed me a vehicle that "would fit" my criteria, got me to… test drive it, hoping that i would fall in love with it, and then quoted me a monthly price exactly $170 above my criteria. separately, they had evaluated my vehicle for a trade in, and offered me $2000 less than the vehicle's blue book value for its condition. a professional salesperson evaluates the customer's needs and desires and responds accordingly, not waste time. everybody knows that the words "honest" and "salesperson" are not located too close to each other, but i would think that everybody would rather work with a salesperson that can tell you upfront if your conditions are reasonable or not. visit to this dealership was a complete waste of my time. i was treated without courtesy, and assumed to be a fool.
