I dropped my 2016 F-150 off for new brakes all the way around and oil change/tire rotation. I got a call a couple hours later saying my truck was ready to go. I was told the brakes were fine, with plenty of life left in them. I've got almost 26k miles on that truck, and these are the original pads. I was told they are in great shape, and I should get upwards of 50k miles out of those brakes! Most other places would have replaced my brake pads, simply because I asked for it to be done, and happily taken my money. I'd have been none the wiser. The fact that the service department called to let me know there was no reason for me to spend money now really impressed me. I bought this F150 new from Jerry's in 2016, and bought my son a used 2013 Focus about 18 months ago from Jerry's, and every time we've brought either vehicle in for service or maintenance the service department has been wonderful. I have never felt like they have tried to take advantage of myself or my son. Good job guys!

My New Ford Escape Titanium
It was a pleasure to do business with Jerry's Ford . I am a repeat customer, and the reason for this is because you can't get a better price any were else. I made the trip to Jerry's a 2 and a 1/2 hour drive from my house. I came home with my new car and I love it. This is my 3rd Escape and it will not be my last. I highly recommend them to you. My salesman was Tommy Schwietz he is a very easy going person and made me feel right at home. I can't say enough good thing's about him or the dealership. You won't be disappointed. You can check out other dealers but you will find that Jerry's has the best price.

If I could give zero stars I would. I received a mailing offering great incentives to go in today and trade in my 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium for a new one with a lower payment and an offer which would have been a great deal on my Hybrid that would pay it off and then some. I love my car and had no reason to even trade it in unless they made it worth my while. I let them know this up front. Well the 19K+ they said I could get for my car was bologna. Because I drive more than 10K miles per year they take of $.20/mile.. Fine so now that brought us to 15K for my trade. I missed the fine print but reasonably understood... not a deal breaker... Online you can see that there are some great incentives/rebates if you buy another hybrid or the Energie vehicle.. The Energie are the hybrids with the all electric option for short distances of up to 22 miles. Online after rebates they were like 27K... They bring me a piece of paper telling me that I can get 0% financing for 72 months which they claim was "better for me" than taking the 8K instant rebate. I am a Financial Consultant and they are telling me what would be better for me. Telling me it's better for me to finance 35+K than to pay 27K at 6.7% (when I know I can refinance or make additional payments). No, at the end of the day it's better for me to pay the 6.7% and end up paying around 31K after all payments and interest than to take their 0% for 72 months and pay over 35K. Then they say that all the incentives they were offering in the 'invitation' were 'already taken off the price'--- BOLOGNA AGAIN!! All schemes to get you in the door. I then asked for a detailed breakdown of the figures he was showing me and I kept getting his scribble on the back of a piece of paper. Nothing formal showing a detailed breakdown of costs, rebates, tax, tags, license and whatever the hell else they throw in. I told him that everything he was showing me was to benefit HIM and not me and that if he wanted to sell me the car he better stop with the bullshit.. He kept feeding it to me so I walked out. I was ready to buy the car with the ADVERTISED REBATES and incentives and somehow those got thrown out the window. I don't NEED a new car but I was willing to consider it if they made it worth my while. They haven't made anything worth my while and they wasted my time. My first experience buying my 2014 there was good but now they are out to get you and are not transparent or even professional for that matter. If they would be honest with the bottom line from the beginning and show a break down on costs, etc. ( be transparent) instead of scribbling on paper, they could have had a return customer today. Instead I WILL NEVER buy another car from them again and I will be sure to make sure that all of my friends and family know what they are really about. My husband bought a car next door at the Toyota dealership a month ago and we had a wonderful experience there! BEWARE OF JERRY's FORD!!!

Simple, no runaround
I inquired about a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid through a link on the Edmunds site and asked for the best deal they could offer on the vehicle. I also requested similar breakdowns from 4 other dealers on similar vehicles. The staff at Jerry's Ford came back with a solid initial offer that was competitive with the other dealers, but it took some time haggling with the others to get them there. Additionally, I wasn't dead set on whether to keep or trade in my older truck but they were able to make a fair offer and I ultimately chose to trade it in. Their honest, straightforward approach just left me feeling much more comfortable making a deal with them versus the other dealers that required a bunch of back and forth to get to a fair deal and I closed on a vehicle yesterday. I always recommend shopping around, but absolutely recommend including them in your search.
Two days to do a 1/2 hour job!
Made an appt. and they kept the car an extra day, because they 'did not get to it'! When it was finished, it ended up being the same problem that I had it in to Jerry's 3 months prior. So I was not charged the second time....lucky me! ;(
Best. Experience. Ever.
I've gone to Jerry's Ford in Leesburg for the past 3 years for service to my Ford Fiesta. Earlier this month, I went in to buy a new car from them and had the best car-buying experience ever! Blaine was my sales rep and he was fantastic, listened to exactly what I wanted, and didn't waste my time trying to push me towards something else. I leased a fantastic Ford Fusion SE AWD (just in time for #snowzilla)! Three weeks later, I am still thrilled with my experience and will continue to come here for service.
Service was good... the only two comments for potential improvements are: 1. While you are in building mode, it would be good to post a temporary sign on the "back" of facility entry from the road...right now it is a guess where to turn right into your facility before you reach the dead end 2. Car went in for fixing a recall issue...originally informed of approx half day timetable...when we got to shop, were told it would be more like two days...turned out not to be a major issue since we had a loaner, but made plans to leave town based on the original estimate Overall, this service experience was good

Car buying experience was easy. Friendly staff was not pressuring or trying to sell me something i didn't want. The sales agent, Mohamed was very well educated on the products and features that came with the 2016 Explorer Platinum series. Though the process does take time it was exactly what i was expecting. I had an emergency issue with a 2010 Escape that was beyond the warranty mileage. I limped the car to Jerry's around 7:45 am and described the problem. I was informed that it may be something covered under an extended warranty but that, based on prior commitments, they would not be able to get to it until the next day. The bottom line is that the problem was assessed by 4pm and I was immediately informed that it was both covered and would be fixed that evening. The car was fixed and available that night and our weekend plans were saved. Great job Jerry's service. I stand committed to your professional performance.
