Deceitful, dishonest and discriminatory
by KS on 09/07/2023Ran my credit, took all my information to purchase a vehicle - I received 100 percent funding from two banking institutions, which they rejected but both institutions I was told verbally and it’s advertised on the internet as payment they… would accept. Then vehicle showed up the next day at a much higher price. Also, the mikes advertised did not match the actual miles on the vehicle and when I called to try to talk to the owner the receptionist accidentally put me on speaker phone and the salesmen were all making fun of me (I am disabled). Additionally, the owner Eric is unpatriotic and unwilling to help people who spent their careers serving this country.Truck purchase

They were supposed to hold a truck for us for a couple of days, we were there on a Tuesday drove the truck did all the paper work and told him that we… would not be able to get back up to pick up the truck till that Friday, asked if we needed to leave a holding fee he said no, we get a text from him on Wednesday that they had sold the truck but will let us know when they get another one in. Sorry way to do someone and if they did it to one they will do it two. Very Poor Business Etiquette.Great!!

by BrittanyC on 12/10/2019We bought a truck on 10-11-19. Since then, the water pump had to be replaced before making the first payment. Now, the 2nd payment is coming up and it’s pouring out antifreeze and overheats. Prior to this purchase, we recommended this place… and that person bought a truck from them that broke down within a WEEK of purchase! It took them 3 days to fix that truck. NOW our truck is overheating and after calling them everyday for 3 days, they have yet to attempt to fix the issue. They keep saying they’re going to pick the truck up and fix it but they haven’t yet. I do not recommend this place. Ever. For any reason. I’m not one to write reviews but when I do, they’re 100% honest and I’m just trying to help others avoid the mess we are stuck with now.Ford F-150

They never even tryed to get us financed through any reputable banks. Would not… give us a name of a bank they tryed going through. I could buy the truck out right by myself but i guess my money isnt good enough for them. Im a Christian woman never been late on any payment ive ever made.As Expected

Did I mention the flood damage under the carpet and all the rust? Cause you sure didn't??? That… explains electrical issues that was repaired doesn’t it?? No thank to mention the battery, alternator, rusted wires and now a failed transmission. You will never be recommended by me to anyone. Warned to never buy at your dealership never recommended. PS my 16 yr old daughter broke down twice in your dependable car. 🤬Great Dealership

I'd kept an eye on D'NX website the entire time as the first time I had discovered them, I noticed their list prices were very reasonable compared to other… dealerships in the area. I have scoured FB Marketplace, Car Gurus, Craigslist, Autotrader (the list goes on) and could not find seemingly quality vehicles similar to the ones these folks are offering. One eventually caught my eye so I made the trip to the dealership. I showed up for the first time in the rain, and Patrick was kind enough to drop his lunch and what he was doing to allow me to test drive the vehicle I had my eyes on. I liked it, but could not afford it at that time. Over the course of a month, and several phone calls back and forth, we were able to meet at a spot that worked for both of us. Paperwork was a breeze (thanks to Tinial), and James and Eric (partners) were very pleasant and professional. These guys do a good job to satisfy their customers. If you want a "no BS" car buying experience from good people, with a quality product for reasonable prices, go to D'NX. They'll treat you right. Thanks, guys!Third purchase
