    I would like to mention the excellent customer service provided by this dealership. I came to test drive the car and the sales person changed my mind eventually closing the deal in fairly reasonable time. Good job team Honda.

    I was helping my parents buy a car and since I am not local I worked with Ed (sales) via email and phone and he was great - he was flexible, available, and willing to work to get the right deal at a really competitive price. We talked through all the options and locked in a firm price before I sent my parents to the dealership to pick up the car. Unfortunately our agreed upon price wasn't communicated to the Finance team, who used some scare tactics to convince my parents that the car's computer system would very likely need work in the next 7 years so they should buy a $3k extended warranty to cover that. Obviously the extended warranty is a big money maker for the dealership, and by selling them that they negated the work I had done on negotiating a good price. So even though the experience was initially a good one, I have to judge the dealership by the end result, which wasn't a good experience.

    Mike Assadi is the sales person who worked with me from start to finish when I purchased my used Honda CRV. I cannot say enough about him. He treated me with respect, was responsive and guided me through the whole process. I visited several dealers including Honda of Fairfax and kept coming back to Bill Page and Mike. As a woman, I felt like the salesperson was being dismissive at Fairfax Honda. Bill Page is the opposite of that! I love my car and these guys will work with you on the financing. But most of all Mike's professionalism and responsiveness is what made the process so special and stress free. Highly recommend and no I was not paid to write this!

    When it comes to buying cars, we only have 1 place to go - Bill Page Honda in Falls Church. For the past 15 years the service has only gotten better. To date 3 generations of our family have brought cars at this dealership. New car sales manager Carlos will surely take care of you.

    I am pleased with my experience purchasing a Honda HR-V LX with Bill Page Honda this month (October 2017). The process worked seamlessly. The Sales Consultant, Mohammad Kavianpour, was very helpful. He professionally and knowledgeably answered all of my questions about the car and process. Even more, his showed great customer service and was a friendly person to work with. He assisted me in getting to the dealership to pick up my new car and ensured that I understood the the car/audio systems, had a full tank of gas, and everything else I needed to feel comfortable driving the car off the lot. The other Bill Page Honda employees with whom I dealt were efficient in processing the paperwork for title/tags, payment, etc for the car.

    Nasser and Syed are awesome made me feel at home. Peter from Finance was awesome and quick and concise with answers questions and going through all the paperwork. Everything was easy and clear and quick. Very good guys.

    I went with my husband on 7/23 to look at a civic. I had read that Hondas were reliable, affordable, and practical cars. I had also specifically decided to go to this dealership, based on the more positive Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, when I say that I went to look at a civic, that is where my car search ended with Bill Page Honda. I was greeted by David Ighrayeb and I was only allowed to look at a civic. I was never offered to do a test drive, similar to what another reviewer (Cameron) mentioned. After sitting in a few civics, my husband and I were brought back downstairs, given a business card, and sent on our way. We went straight to Sheehy Subaru in Springfield, worked with Andrew, and purchased an Impreza. I highly recommend him, by the way! I would be a little skeptical of the reviews on their website, as I suspect that they only include the positive reviews. In any regard, perhaps a civic would have been a better fit for me, but I will never know.

  • 2014 Honda CRV LX

    It has been couple of months now I am owning the 2014 Honda CRV. My Salesman was Mike Assadi. The deal offered for the CRV was most competitive I saw comparing to atleast 6-8 other dealers in or around Virginia & I had made up my mind to buy it even before I saw the vehicle, unless there was something bad in the history. However, it was Mike who communicated over email & phone calls promptly to clarify my questions with satisfaction, sending CARFAX Reports, additional photos etc. He also managed to put a hold on the vehicle for a week for me to allow visit over a weekend. Even after I finalized the vehicle, I needed time to arrange my finance, he managed to further hold it for another few days, though the Store Manager was little reluctant as they had other potential customers walking in. Mike came as a very well behaved, soft spoken person & never sounded pushy. He also kept the vehicle immaculately clean & also got few touch-ups done which I noticed while I visited. The vehicle is Pre-Certified & had the 48K Miles limited warranty. Besides that Bill Page Honda also offered 3 Services for 1st Year free of cost, lifetime Vehicle Inspection & a tank full of gas. I have drove it for another 2K Miles now without issues & the mileage is varying between 22-30 mpg. The showroom has a nice family waiting lounge, with a small kids play area where my wife & son comforted themselves till I had my paperwork done. Overall a very satisfactory experience. I just hope I get the same experience while I go for the services. I will recommend anyone to Bill Page Honda just because of the competitive price & comfortable & smooth sales experience.

    I am overjoyed with the wonderful service we received from Mr. David Ighrayeb and Mr. Chris Hunter!! My brother and I have been working to find a car for our mother, so we took to this task very seriously. My brother couldn't have found a better dealership and sales person for us to work with!!! This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had! David ensured the car was cooled off so mom was comfortable on her test drive, it's the little things that gain customers for life! He has a very comforting and reassuring personality I could tell she was immediately at ease. He was patient with her and made sure she was at ease throughout the entire process, which truly meant the world to me. We worked with Chris for the financing and again, another patient and reassuring personality. Chris is clearly at the top of the ladder when it comes to financing experience and knowledge. He was patient with our questions and made me feel like he was treating my mom as she was his own; again, this meant the world to me. This was just such an amazing experience all the way around!!! Your dealership and team has gained a fan for life!! I know my mom is in good hands and the smile on her face is priceless!! My deepest gratitude to David and Chris for making my mom so comfortable with the process and ecstatic with her new car!!!

    I have been in the hunt for a new 2017 Honda Civic LX for the past year. After saving enough money, all I had to do was find the right time to buy. I contacted Bill Page Honda through a cars.com advertisement. I was contacted by senior sales representative David Ighrayeb. I told David what I wanted. In order to purchase a car from Bill Page, I needed to pay a certain price OTD. David gave me a great price OTD. He was very helpful over email, more helpful over the phone and even better in person. David was kind, nice, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and best of all, not pushy. I was amazed by how good David was. Also, the finance guy, Peter G. Eliopoulos, was amazing as well. He did explain the extended warranty as part of his job (i declined), but he wasnt pushy. I appreciated that. He also got the paper work done in a thorough and timely matter. As for the dealership itself, it was extremely clean. The chairs were comfortable and the office areas were not cramped Thank you David. Thank you Peter. Thank you Bill Page Honda for such a wonderful car buying experience.

    I've leased a vehicle and purchased a vehicle in less than one year at this dealership. I came back because the gentleman (Luis) who helped my mother was genuine and honest with vehicle recommendations suited for her needs. His quality service was quite the opposite of what I had expected when meeting other car salesmen at other dealerships. We've worked them all and ultimately found Bill Page Honda to be the friendliest and honest location, where as at other dealerships we received the typical upselling and pushy sales tactics. I was so impressed with the way Luis worked with my mother on finding the right lease for her, that I came back in less than six months to purchase my own vehicle from him. Luis again gave his honest recommendations--I wanted the top of the line model, and he recommended that for my needs, the middle tier model worked best for me. Would I recommend this dealership and salesman again? Absolutely. Luis knows how to connect with the customer and provide knowledgeable insight and recommendations for a customer's needs.

    Attention Honda Seekers! I came in this past December to a friendly and what I thought was an honest and helpful sales team. I was looking to trade in my Honda Accord for a new Honda Civic. Bill Page's staff seemed to have found a model and price which matched my interest and I decided to proceed with the offer. The offer of the evening was settled upon after hours of discussion and negotiation. Now that the paperwork has been signed on the dotted line, Bill Page is pulling what they initial said would be true of the deal and are NOT holding up their end of what was discussed. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that the sales team would LIE to an honest customer and make promises they can't keep, especially on something I can't afford. In order to get me into a car that evening they promised they would pay my last lease payment if I signed that night. They are now saying no and demanding I pay for the last payment, making me pay two lease payments in one month. If that is what I wanted, I would have never signed the offer. I would have never walked off the lot knowing I was expected to pay for two cars, one of which I am not even driving anymore. Please beware and make sure you choose another Honda Dealership. I won't be back.

    Bill Page Honda of Fall Church, VA was exceedingly helpful in working with Honda America to accept my recent order for a 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. Both Thierry and Imran were most helpful in helping to configure the vehicle I desired pointing out the various options available. They then kept me informed of the status of my submitted order including its scheduled production date, shipping schedule, and finally, its arrival. The whole process took over a month, but was well worth the wait. Thanks for a great experience at a reasonable price.

We had a great working experience, were impressed by the amenities and responsiveness, and would definitely come back.

    This is a dealership who treats the customer well, and wants to build its business through loyalty and repeat buyers. I own a Honda Odyssey, which has performed quite well over 14 years of relatively hard use. Time for a new one. My 3 kids decided on the color and trim, so all I had to do was negotiate price. I spoke to 4 dealerships in the area that had the right minivan in stock, and found General Sales Manager Imran Javed (a GMU graduate with 20 years of Honda experience) to be very competitive with pricing and just a naturally nice guy who truly wanted (and appreciated) my business, both present and future. We took our test drive with Raquel Rosa, and even though her sale was a given, she was a friendly presence with knowledge of the product. Finance Manager Jeremiah Hill processed our paperwork quickly and efficiently (and indicated that I received an exceptional price). The only delay was that I did not educate myself on extended warranties, when I really should have been better prepared to discuss a service contract. Regardless, the kids didn’t spend much time at the dealership, though they availed themselves of the wifi and jazzy drink maker. There was one hiccup, to which I wasn’t aware until afterwards. We were to take delivery the following day, in order to allow time for mud guards and wheel locks to be installed. When the car was being inspected by the dealership for final delivery, a dent was discovered in the roof – not a place I had particularly looked. It had less than 20 miles on it, so the dent was likely from transport to the dealership on the car-carrier trailer. Since it was the only Odyssey in stock in our color and trim, Imran arranged for delivery from another dealership of the same vehicle, and had it waiting for me when we returned the following day. I spent the majority of the sale with Imran, and he was nothing but pleasant, polite and personable. He’s management, but he had no problem showing my kids how the vehicle’s entertainment system and vacuum worked. Imran also arranged to have Syed Hussain from sales follow us as we drove the new minivan home, and Syed was very gracious as he provided me a ride back so that I could bring my old minivan home. To sum it up, the Honda Odyssey is a solid product; Bill Page Honda provides gold level customer service.

    I just purchased a 2016 Civic LX. Oualid was very helpful and patient, and I was able to test drive both the LX and the EX-T to decide which fit me better (did not like the headroom lost to the moonroof in the EX-T). He explained all of the differences between the two models, was attentive without being aggressive or pushy, and he made the entire experience very pleasant. This was a nice change compared to some other dealerships (even Honda!) where I have felt pressured and scammed. He even beat the prices on TrueCar and Edmunds! I'm very pleased with Bill Page Honda and with Oualid!

Our history began in 1950 when William H. Page opened a Buick Dealership on this very site. ​ At the age of 14 William H Page’s oldest son, William J. Page came to work for his father cleaning automobiles. ​ The two worked hand and hand committed to serving customers for life. ​ Two years later the Dealership became a Ford Store and then later a Pontiac Store. ​ In 1971 the Page’s decided to add the Honda Franchise on to the Pontiac Store. ​ William J. Page purchased the dealerships from his father in 1980. ​ At this point, a decision had to be made as to which franchise was going to remain. ​ By the end of 1982 William J. Page had made up his mind. ​ Bill Page was now an exclusive Honda Dealer. ​ Fifty years later, Bill Page Honda continues to be a family owned dealership, ensuring the family values they have been known for stay intact, along with their unwavering focus on customer satisfaction.
