Horrible experience read the fine print they add additional costs!!
by EJM on 03/06/2025I expressed interest in a BMW listed for $9 999. I initially was going to finance and when the numbers came through they were financing $13999. I asked them where the additional 4k came from the representative as well as the manager/owner… who was on the call told me 1500 for processing fees, $1100 for tax, tittle etc. which comes up to $2600. I still did not understand where the additional $1400 they were adding came from. The sales representative then said they detailed the car and added gas - which l did not ask for. then he said its the financing charge. at that point l then asked if l come and pay cash what would it cost me and the cost did not change. which did not make sense. it seems the vehicle was priced low so to bring you through the door then they add charges to where the vehicle ends up being more expensive than other comparable vehicles.Poor communication
by Nick on 07/04/2023I contacted the dealership expressing interest in a used vehicle they had listed. They texted back several times, using multiple phone numbers, repeatedly asking the same questions, "Are you still interested? Can you come for a test drive… today?" While refusing to answer questions about the vehicle. I asked whether there were additional fees, and how much the total price would be including taxes and fees. They kept ignoring me, then texting me back the next day with the same computer-generated questions.Price not what was advertised
by Paul on 07/13/2019I saw the listing on Edmunds for a 2016 Honda Fit at Premier Auto, which was listed as an excellent deal at the price of $11999. When I spoke to someone at the dealership on the phone and told him I would be financing the car, he confirmed… the price. However, as I was filling out the paperwork for the financing I noticed it was displaying the price as $12999. I was told the difference was due to financing the car. The extra $1000 was not interest on the loan, it was the purchase price. In addition, a $799 processing fee was added, as well as a $649 pre-delivery fee. After I was convinced to purchase a warranty for another $2200, I ended up spending much more than I originally intended. I probably should’ve walked away instead of signing off on it. To make matters worse, the temporary tag I was given blew off the car on the drive home. Overall not a good experience.Great car buying experience
by Greg_VA on 08/02/2018My wife and i just bought a low mileage 2015 Honda CRV from Nas at Premier Automotive. The car was well priced but had previously been in a minor accident. For peace of mind, I arranged for a pre-purchase inspection with a nearby body… shop to confirm that the repairs had been made well and that there was no hidden damage, and Nas made it happen. He got all the paperwork taken care of efficiently so that we were done within an hour when we came to get the car. I'm happy to recommend Nas and Premier.
