    I've been dealing with Toyota since 2010 and I've always had great experiences with with them. In the most recent years I've been dealing with the service associate Brian Johnson. He's been the absolute best. He's attentive and informative about the services that are needed and he's very accommodating and personable. I'll always go to him when its time for my vehicles to be serviced.

    Service advisor, Ms Dana Reed, is top notch! Met me at my car, walked me to her desk, set the plan of action for maintenance required, and gave me an estimated time of completion. And Dana gave me the projected cost. My car was complete at precisely the time estimated - Outstanding! And at the projected cost!! I was VERY satisfied!

    David Busby was great from start to finish! Before the young lady could walk away from my car after saying David would be right out, there he was! He greeted me very nicely and professionally with a nice smile. He met me at his desk and quickly went over my service appointment. The appointment didn’t take long and before you knew it, he was sitting beside going over everything. David was awesome and I appreciated his energy and enthusiasm. Thank you David, see you soon!

    I love that I was greeted with a smile by each employee at Loyalty Toyota as I pulled in to service my Highlander. My service advisor was Keyone Louis he was the picture definition of customer excellence! His updates were timely, he was extremely thorough and patient.     Went in for routine oil change and recall part on my vehicle, everything went smoothly with that. The only thing is I requested a car wash with it, and they never did it. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there.

    I am always given an estimate of the cost and the time it will take to complete the work. Bailey Romain is the best customer service agent I've ever dealt with. If I'm waiting for my car, he keeps me updated. If I've dropped off, he checks on progress when I call. Genuinely a great guy!

    Car buying is a big deal and often not very fun. Brandon Davis (Sales) was very thorough and Jamie (General Manager) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in ensuring my wife and I got a good deal, a great product and had an excellent experience. Highly recommend. Will be back again for next vehicle purchase!

    When I arrived at Loyalty, Brian Johnson was ready to start my 1 year service. He was friendly, profession but personal. He asked appropriate questions about any concerns about the car. He took his time-I never felt rushed. He told me what the process would be like and that it should take about 90 minutes for my service. He kept me informed throughout the service as I waited. It actually only took 75 minutes & I was on my way.
