In the most recent years I've been dealing with the service associate Brian Johnson. He's been the absolute best. He's attentive and informative… about the services that are needed and he's very accommodating and personable. Met me at my car, walked me to her desk, set the plan of action for maintenance required, and gave me an estimated time of completion. And Dana gave me the projected cost. He asked appropriate questions about any concerns about the car. He took his time-I never felt rushed. He told me what… the process would be like and that it should take about 90 minutes for my service. He kept me informed throughout the service as I waited.
