Poor customer service

I have reached out with no response. I called to confirm what services were to be done.… Customer service representative became aggressive with me.Ryan is a fun guy!

My service associate, Ryan, made my most recent experience fun and helped me relate to what was needed on my Tucson. He was relaxed, which kept me relaxed, even if he… called me “Al Capone” in the waiting room! Jokes aside, I continue to be pleased with the service and I will continue to bring my car to Priority Hyundai. Thank you.Outstanding!

by Larryb on 08/18/2023Service Rating.....Today was an easy service. Only the regular FREE oil and filter change. Service consultant was Ken Cascella. He is friendly but still business focused. When the car was ready he called with some suggested services that… their computer says that i need. One was completed in May, but that was during the transition to new ownership, and the completed work order didn't make the transfer to the new system. The dealership was totally remodeled last year, with added 15 additional service bays, and a more modern customer - service consultant area, and completely new service waiting area, complete with bottled water and a K cup coffee maker.Great Service

by Mike on 07/10/2023I took my 2023 Hyundai in for its first service and I was efficiently checked in by Ken and told that my wait should be about an hour and a half. I took a comfortable seat in Priority’s customer lounge after making myself a cup of coffee… and settled in. Well, I barely had time to finish my coffee when Ken informed me that my car was finished and I could leave. The entire process from church in to drive out was just a little more than one hour. My first service experience was better than I had expected. Thank you, Ken.Fast and friendly!

She and her team were able to solve a minor repair that could've turned into a major one if not for their attention… to detail. Plus, she was friendly and seemed to sincerely care about the quality of service her team offered. Always upleveling here and today's was the best service yet. Thanks, Liz!Excellent
