by karen_d on 05/30/2012updated 08/04/2025I have an older Mercedes-Benz C-Class and it is out of warranty, so I am carefull where I take it. My service advisor, Rick Savanh has been great. He tells me what has to be done and what can wait, and he keeps me informed what's happening… while the car is in for service. I get a free loaner car and they have a nice new customer lounge with tv, coffee and free computers with internet service. I love this place.Great Service at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria

I have serviced 4 Mercedes vehicles here with 3 different service advisors - Horst, Rick and Ashley - and each has proven to be both… friendly and professional. The work has been performed promptly and for a reasonable price. Not so keen on the loaner cars, but I understand more Mercedes vehicles will become available. I like the new building improvements and the customer lounge has computers with internet access, as well as tv, magazines, coffee, cold drinks and snacks. Your Mercedes will be in good hands, whether a new AMG model, or an older classic model with over 200,000 miles on it. A nice place to do business and free shuttle service to the metro.Amazing experience

Purchasing a car through Carlo and working with the staff made purchasing easy. This has been the greatest car… purchasing experience. Carlo, staff are the gold standard in putting the customer first. I will come back to purchase my next vehicle from Carlo and recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a Mercedes Benz. Carlo even called the next morning to answer any questions we had about the vehicle. Amazing experience and thanks to Carlo and the staff at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria!!!!they kept my 30 days but it was worth it
by mrslk320 on 05/05/2012updated 08/04/2025It took 30 days and a service advisor who yield at me to end my relationship with Mercedes benz of alexandria. it all started when my car was held at the dealership for 30 days. I gave them my SLK 320 because it was overheating and i ended… up paying about $3000 for a cooling system repairs + a control monitor change. It took them 30 days, couple of wrong part ordered and bad diagnostic to have my car repaired. First time they said they repaired the car and gave it to me; the same night after i picked it up, I saw smoke coming off my engine. I returned it right away. The second appointment they held the car for 3 weeks because they could not figure out how to fix my overheating problem. I had to cancel all my trips because i was given a loaner that i could drive only around Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. About a month and a half ago, i received a request to complete a survey from Mercedes Benz USA about the repair of my SLK 320 at MB Alexandria. Guess what ? I told them exactly what i just said here Today for the first time since they finally repaired my vehicle, i go to MB Alexandria to have My Cigarette Lighter repaired. I was referred to the same service advisor who repaired my car; which started yelling at me in front of everybody in the dealership because I wrote an honest Survey review about the poor pricey repair service they gave to my car and the inconvenience I experienced for 30 days. Then, I asked the same advisor if he could check my cigarette lighter and he denied me service. Every body at the dealership saw what was happening, heard how the service advisor yield at me, and nobody even tried to help me. They all watched me leave the dealershipGreat service, great deal, great car.

I came in to get my 2006 C230 washed, which I bought here as well, and found a 2009 C300 that I left with the same… day. I got a 3 year newer car, with extended Certified warranty, lots more options and power, and my payment stayed the same. I cannot say enough about how much I love my new car, and the incredible service and value that MB of Alexandria provides.good job you got the 50.00 for posting.YOU WORK THERE.
Kudos for Outstanding Service
by william91 on 11/04/2012updated 08/04/2025When we took our new Mercedes-Benz E-550 to the dealer for an atypical problem, the service manager, John P., spent more than an hour with us, driving the car and really listening to our concerns. During this time, Mr. P. also explained and… demonstrated some of the car's special features we had not fully understood and used. He could not have been more helpful or eager to resolve our concerns. Then the technical staff found the clamp on the axle boot was missing. The dealer did not just replace the clamp, but ordered parts and replaced the entire axle shaft, stating they wanted to do a "through" repair. Being senior citizens, who have owned numerous, luxury cars of various brands, we have never encountered better or more comprehensive service. Since it was a large and important purchase, I took my time in researching the vehicle, options, pricing, and… dealership. In all the phases of my research, Carlo consistently impressed me and beat all the other dealership. He's patient, knowledgeable, kind and gave you personal attention as a friend. I didn't feel any pressure at all. He helped me fully explore the vehicle, try out various of configurations, and gave hint to many features that's not obvious but useful. Carlo knew how different people like to purchase their car differently, and he accommodated my way with a eager and sincerity to help. I felt I was in charge, and was treated fairly, honestly and with high respect. And best of all, Carlo matched the best price I could find. It was a frankly a no-brainer to purchase my custom build ML from him. After a quick enough wait, Carlo delivered the car to me in a privately kept garage. When I first saw it, I was totally awed by what a marvellous car it turned out to be. And the fact it was purchased along with such a enjoyable experience make it even more special and wonderful! Thank you Carlo, you are simply the best! And I will full heartedly recommend Carlo to anyone who's interested in a Mercedes.
