They had… nothing to gain, since I wasn’t going to buy a new car if I could get my old one fixed. That didn’t stop them from being kind and helpful. They were super.Easy and efficient experience

We purchased a used Audi and despite the fact that an Audi was not their usual inventory, Cesar… knew a lot about the vehicle. Both were informative, easy to work with, and efficient. Neither of them pressured us and overall, it was an enjoyable process. I would recommend buying a car from here and requesting Cesar to be your sales rep.Really glad I bought from them

There's was by far the best email offer, and I was determined not to be dragged into a good introductory deal only to learn about hidden charges… or, even worse, when the deal was done pressured to sign up for $5K in extras. These guys were straight up, the car was ready for me when I arrived, and I think I got the best deal possible. I live in Maryland and have bought 2 new cars from dealers in Waldorf over the last 10 years - both times had to wait for plates and registration and pressured for many extras I didn't end up using. The people at Beyer plated and registered me right there - I was good to go the day I picked up the car. Kamhal was very pleasant to work with and even had the exact color I was looking for! The Forrester was an educated choice based upon Consumer Reports, my retired ifestyle and my budget. My Subaru Experience
by def1014 on 07/15/2017updated 09/25/2024I went in the dealership hoping to look at a used car I had found online. I arrived in the afternoon to find out that it had been sold that morning! Instead of letting me walk away empty handed, one of the salesmen offered the services of… one of his best salesmen to see if they couldn't find me a car. I told the salesman, Kam, my price point and what I was looking for and he used that information to comb through the inventory to see if there was anything that matched. He found such a car and brought it out for me to test drive. After the drive he showed me the numbers and even looked at other vehicles in the inventory to see if there was a car that would be a better lease deal for me- there wasn't. I appreciated Kam's help and how he listened to what I wanted (vehicle and price-wise) and went from there instead of picking any car and naming a price I couldn't work with (which happened at another dealership). I wasn't expecting to drive away in my new leased car that day, but I did! It was overall a great experience.New car purchase

We also looked at many other brands and models of cars. I have owned a Forester for 15 years and decided… to purchase another Forester. Why change what works for you? The car has many great features and is a solid car. It has an excellent crash rating and that is what sold me on my first Subaru. Best Purchase Ever!

He completely sold me on the Forester and couldn't leave without making the purchase right then and there. Amazing… customer service, talked me through the entire car in insane heat and gave me both his number and a service number in case I had any additional questions. I truly appreciate the attention and care that I received in making such a large purchase. We started our search for a car by driving a CrossTrek, noting that the Sales Consultant did not have to hover over us in the back seat, but trusted us with the vehicle. Our Consultant,… Kamrul Ashtakh impressed us with his knowledge, openness, and honesty. He was a delight to work with. When it came time to "close the deal". we worked with Financial Manager Sam Daou. He similarly was a exemplary. He was patient, competent and helpful. The entire Dealership felt and like we were in the right place. It is clean, well organized, has a lean, hard working staff whose main objective is to serve the customer well. After 20 years of owning Hondas getting another Honda was admittedly my strong preference, but Consumer Reports and other sites kept leading me to… Subaru. Over several interactions with various dealerships and after extensive online searching, I bought a car at Beyer Subaru. The reasons are simple: 1. It is the car I want (safe, reliable, durable, intuitive to use, my size) 2. Configured as I want (great optional packages and accessories), 3. Not insanely expensive (unlike luxury brands) and, also important, 4. Comes with helpful, relaxed sales and service assistance. Jeffrey was my sales person who never once tried to sell me anything but instead provided the information I requested in a gentle, no-pressure yet quickly-responsive and present manner. He was truly well informed, and in the few cases when he didnt know the answer he quickly found it out for me. Never once did he display any arrogance or greed, nor did any of the others on the Subaru team (how different from other car sales experiences). After quite a lot of consideration it was a close tie between Honda and Subaru. What finally decided it was the Subaru staff, their helpfulness, teamwork, flexibility, knowledge, cheerfulness, comfort level with my indecision and questions, and simplicity of the whole interaction. They even liked my dog and were happy with her in the sales and service area! Yes, I absolutely recommend Beyer Subaru, especially Jeffrey.Go to Sheehy if you want a Subaru

I hadnt purchased a car in 20+ years and wanted a manual transmission Forester with some custom options so I built it on the website. After that, I ended up… working with 5 local dealers. Once I contacted Jeff at Beyer, the purchase fell into place. He was especially courteous and knowledgeable. Very straightforward no sales pressure or gimmicks. The positive experience continued with the walk through by Sam on financing and other options. He was friendly, patient and professional.
