I went into shop, since I didn’t seem to be able to get my car fixed at the dealer where it was purchased, but since a repair what I really wanted, two of their wonderful salesman referred me to a place that could and did fix it. They had nothing to gain, since I wasn’t going to buy a new car if I could get my old one fixed. That didn’t stop them from being kind and helpful. They were super.

    I began my car search with Consumer Reports. That led me to (primarily) Honda and Subaru. After 20 years of owning Hondas getting another Honda was admittedly my strong preference, but Consumer Reports and other sites kept leading me to Subaru. Over several interactions with various dealerships and after extensive online searching, I bought a car at Beyer Subaru. The reasons are simple: 1. It is the car I want (safe, reliable, durable, intuitive to use, my size) 2. Configured as I want (great optional packages and accessories), 3. Not insanely expensive (unlike luxury brands) and, also important, 4. Comes with helpful, relaxed sales and service assistance. Jeffrey was my sales person who never once tried to sell me anything but instead provided the information I requested in a gentle, no-pressure yet quickly-responsive and present manner. He was truly well informed, and in the few cases when he didnt know the answer he quickly found it out for me. Never once did he display any arrogance or greed, nor did any of the others on the Subaru team (how different from other car sales experiences). After quite a lot of consideration it was a close tie between Honda and Subaru. What finally decided it was the Subaru staff, their helpfulness, teamwork, flexibility, knowledge, cheerfulness, comfort level with my indecision and questions, and simplicity of the whole interaction. They even liked my dog and were happy with her in the sales and service area! Yes, I absolutely recommend Beyer Subaru, especially Jeffrey.

    Not getting the deal that i want is something that I can live with. Being blatantly lied to is something I cannot. I Strongly urge you to go to Sheehy if possible.

    I have been going to this dealership for almost 3 years and have never been disappointed. I am (1) a woman and (2) over 65. How nice to be treated like an educated human every time I go here. This hasn't been my experience with other Subaru dealerships

    I was dreading the car buying experience but Kam at Don Beyer had just the right approach. Respectful, not condescending. He was honest and totally forthcoming with all information including cost. No haggling necessary- he offered me a great deal right away and I drove the car home after a couple of hours. Very nice!

    I had a painless car purchase with Beyer. We had agreed on the price by phone and went to seeing the car and started the paperwork. The agent who worked with us had an excellent service attitude. He did not push us on anything, rather provided responses to our all questions.

    When my car needs servicing at Beyer Automotive, it is easy to make an online appointment. I indicated I'd stay there while work on as completed, rather than request a loaner car. The waiting room is quiet & comfortable. And the work was completed & explained to me when promised. Thank you!

    I had a great experience with my auto purchase at Beyer Subaru in Alexandria. I hadnt purchased a car in 20+ years and wanted a manual transmission Forester with some custom options so I built it on the website. After that, I ended up working with 5 local dealers. Once I contacted Jeff at Beyer, the purchase fell into place. He was especially courteous and knowledgeable. Very straightforward no sales pressure or gimmicks. The positive experience continued with the walk through by Sam on financing and other options. He was friendly, patient and professional. Overall, I received an excellent price and great service from Beyer. I plan to return for the regular maintenance. I highly recommend this dealer.

    Online appointment scheduling is a bit of a hassle. I'd pick my date and time, and then I'd get an email with a different date. I showed up on the date I needed. The accommodated my original time. People were fantastic and the wait was 2 1/2 hours, which wasn't too long.

    Kam is the best! Part of the VWsettlement case and was looking to get a new vehicle. Kam was there to help out, answer questions and never made me feel rushed. After going to several other dealers, I went back to Beyer Subaru because I felt the best there and wanted to give them my business. And I'm glad I did! Their offer came in lower than anyone else I had been to. Friendly, considerate and helpful! Go to Beyer's Subaru and ask for Kam!

    Jeffrey Le made the whole experience so easy and seemless for me. He was the epitome of professionalism and always supper quick in responding to my questions, even in the evenings after work hours. Jeff represents "Service" in "Customer Service"

    We have purchased our last five new vehicles from Beyer Subaru, and have used their Service Department for the past 20 years, and have always been very satisfied with the service we have received. Our current salesperson, Mr Jeffrey Le, was courteous and attentive. He answered all our questions thoroughly and politely. He did not exert any pressure on us to purchase any options we did not want, nor did he try to suggest we should purchase a more expensive model than the one we had chosen. We received a fair price for our trade-in. We were very happy with all aspects of our experience and will not hesitate to return to Beyer Subaru the next time we are in the market for a new car.

    Staff were very accommodating and receptive to my questions and limitations. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in making choices before purchasing my car. Look forward to working with this dealership and would recommend them highly.

    I must acknowledge the sales consultant who sold me my 2017 Subaru Outback. His name is Herbert Coates. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He took his time and answered all of my questions. He made me feel like a valued customer and is a credit to the Beyer name.

    I have purchased six Subaru's over the years from Don Beyer Subaru. Have always had a great sales rep but primarily buy my cars there primarily due to their OUTSTANDING Service Department. I have always received exceptional service from Craig and team. The most customer orientated company I have ever dealt with. They set the standard for service that other companies should emulate!

    Although I only had a routine service (oil changed, tires rotated, and alignment adjusted), I experienced excellent customer service and the work done appears to be top quality. I plan to use Beyers for future service.

    Kam and Mo were awesome! I was weighing every option and asking a million questions and they handled it extremely well. Ultimately their service won my decision to buy from Don Beyer Subaru

    I bought my Subaru at this dealership and have had several services on my vehicle performed here as well. I'm very satisfied with the value and quality. Zero buyer remorse. They have been pretty flexible with my work hours as well, which I appreciate.

    As always when we take our Subaru Outback to Beyer Subaru, they did an outstanding job. Everything about this dealership has been totally customer oriented since we bought our car there in 2012. I have owned Volvos, Infinitis, and Lincolns, and Beyer Subaru could give lessons in true customer service to each of those dealerships.
