Best Car experience ever
by Nari on 12/24/2019This was one of the best customer service, quality assurance and overall communicative experiences I’ve ever had. Ben, Ally and team were so professional caring and kind. Ben even went above and beyond working through the night to make sure… my application was processed. This transition was more than than smooth, and action automotive was more than accommodating having driven from Jersey. I have never experienced such quality service and I highly recommend and will vouch for this business and now extended family any day! They are integral and truly care about their customer. They are honest and supportive in every way. There was no question unanswered, no shortcuts, and no schemes. Everyone was upfront and honest. Ben also made sure that I got the best deal for my buck INCLUDING warranty! I am truly satisfied with my purchase and experience. I will be sending all of my friends there way! None of the other dealerships were at all prepared for a customer who did… the research, knew exactly which features and vehicle they wanted, and already secured financing. Ben was sensitive to my insanely busy work schedule, and the entire staff at Action Auto was ready to roll the moment we set foot on the lot - the vehicle I wanted was readily available for me to look over, was warmed up and ready to test drive, and Ben was happy to accept my info packet to run the numbers while I checked out and test drove the car. He was even able to beat my bank's interest rate on financing, saving me a bunch of money! Overall, this was absolutely the smoothest, fastest purchase ever, and I DEFINITELY recommend shopping with them.Great customer service and a beautiful inventory of vehicles

The car is immaculate, even at 3 years old, it is only the odometer that tells you it is not a brand new car! Ben was great explaining all the features to us and he knew… all the nuances in such detail.... I was impressed. I really enjoyed the efficiency of this 'small' used car dealer, where Ben could talk the cars, the financing, the closing, etc. and didn't need 5 people in other parts of the building to go and discuss our deal and get on with it. Ben couldn't have been nicer to work with. The attention to detail from the cars, to the customers, and even how the employees were talked to, etc., just goes to show this company is a head of what else is out there. I recommend you try them out! Action Preowned Cars was the 5th and final place I went to, to finally settle on a car, and glad I did! Thank You!Action Automotive Strikes Again !

(What an honest salesman) I then became interested in a Range Rover several years later. I had one on… order with Carvana and just like that, Ben and his team surpassed the offer from Carvana and now I’m a new owner of a Range Rover Evoque thanks the Action Automotive.
