Misunderstanding resolved
by Laura on 01/23/2025I brought my truck in for the “ free” oil change. I was not explained or misunderstood that the “ free” oil change was only at certain increments. Seeing I drove an hr to get there, I was not happy when hearing this.I decided it needed to… be done so I stayed. I had a nice chat with a manager named Craig. Next thing I knew, Paul came to tell me it was finished . To my surprise and appreciation , there was suddenly no charge . I want to thank Craig and Paul for taking care of this . You made my day !!!Always there
