    These guys were fantastic to work with! They went above & beyond in every way possible! Minutes after signing the papers to buy my car, I was involved in an accident. Long story short...both my new car & my old car were involved. I was so… embarrassed & couldn't stop apologizing, but these guys were very understanding. They let me bring both cars to their collision center & gave me the keys to a loaner car so that I wouldn't be stranded two hours away from home. Almost 3 weeks later, I'm still using their loaner as we work out everything w/the insurance. I will be directing all future business to this dealership. I will never be able to thank them enough!

    Thanks to Oliver Mansfield he informed us of maintenance that I did not find listed in our owner manual. He found it for me under specific diesel maintenance scheduling. We got the service done to maintain turbo charger performance. Glad… he was on the ball.

    Just wanted to say thanks for taking such good care of us again. Since I don't know their phone numbers will you please make sure you tell Gus that we said thanks for all he's done for us. Also will you please take the time to thank Everett… out in the service department because a lot of the reason we're a good Larry Miller customer is because of the way we've been treated, not only by you and Gus, but also the way Everett and the service team has been so great. And also the fun I've had with David and Bill the two shuttle drivers. You guys have a great team going on down there, and it takes all of you to make something you can all be proud of.... Good Job Jon.

    What an Ah experience to say the least! It was such a relief and comfort to find such caring, personable, and knowledgeable sales and service reps who demonstrated such enthusiasm while taking my needs into consideration giving me an… all-round exceptional customer service experience. Thank You, Thank You, Thank youHappy Trails! :) Just loved my Costco Rep, Noah Morris, who listened to what I wanted to provide me with the facts of what would work best for me and my circumstances when it came to buying or leasing a new vehicle. He was kind, patient, caring and personable while putting me at ease with understanding all of the details of working through the Costco Auto program verses not. And, even went to great lengths to be sure I understood how to utilize all of the special features in my new little Jeep Renegade as well as getting it ready to go on the inside and out! He was just as helpful Two days later when it dawned on me if I could have saved even more if purchasing a 2015 verses a 2016 and ended the conversation with, If you should need anything please do call. Have already referred Noah to my family and friends who are in search of a different/new vehicle and know they too will get such excellent customer service. Also was impressed with Nick, Noahs Boss who stopped by to introduce himself and congratulate meThe roses were an added surprise once finalizing my purchase. Gus, The Finance Guy, was great in making the financing easy to understand and proved to be very wise and knowledgeable with which lender would work better for my needs and found an affordable extended warranty with phenomenal terms of 8 years or 125,000 Miles, wow! Gus, made me feel self- assured and at peace in signing my life away for the next 7 years while providing me with exceptional customer service. Chris Reynolds (667), The Service Rep, was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and went the extra mile in educating me on the little extra features not yet seen when making inquiries on my new little Jeep Renegade. He gave such exceptional customer service I knew my vehicle would receive excellent care and service for many years to come.

    Gary was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He could not give me a complete quote until they were able to get my vehicle in and take a look under the hood but did a great job explaining to me that once they did get in and take a… look, it would affect the preliminary quote they provided. There was a slight delay in getting the car back and this was only because Gary made sure things were done correctly and completely. When he saw an issue, he got it fixed and kept me in the communication loop the entire time. I am more than pleased with the quality of service and Customer Service that they provided. Cheers to Gary and his team! They were wonderful!

    I am so disappointed in the service I received from Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Sandy. At one of the most stressful points in my life (I had just separated from my husband) I came to the dealership to trade in my vehicle that I… would no longer be able to afford on my own. My ex-husband and I had purchased two Jeeps from this dealership prior to the split and although the service packages are horrible, the service while purchasing the cars was fine. I was assisted by the same sales representative that had sold us the two Jeeps. He recognized me and I felt comfortable to tell him my situation and why I was forced to get rid of my Jeep and find a car that would be more affordable on my income alone. Brad (the salesman) found me a Hyundai Veracruz that his friend had owned prior and vouched for it's care and quality. The car met my needs and was significantly cheaper payments than my Jeep so I hastily purchased the car. I know it is my responsibility to be an informed buyer, however I was beyond stressed trying to figure out how I'd make my car payment on the Jeep, I have never purchased a vehicle without my ex-husband and I was completely alone. I have only owned this car for a little over a year and within that year the steering wheel fluid had to be flushed because it was so dirty, tires had to be replaced , brakes replaced, the button that opens the gas gauge broke, the weather strip on the sun roof fell off and today on a beautiful rainy spring day the motor for the windshield wipers stopped working so the wipers are no longer operational. To add insult to injury, Brad sold me a car for 10,000 more than what the car was worth. Good job Brad! You successfully preyed on a vulnerable young woman who had no idea what she was doing and did so at one of the lowest points of her life. I was sold a colossal piece of crap. I thought Larry H. Miller certified all of their used vehicles?? Oh and the icing on the cake, he asked for my phone number when it was all said and done. Total [non-permissible content removed] and overall horrible human being for doing what he did. But if anything positive came out of this was the life lesson I learned. I was the buyer and should have understood everything I was doing. Lesson learned. This post if for anyone else that would like to purchase a car and to learn from my mistake. Find a better dealership to do business with. Just because it's a lower car payment, doesn't mean it's a better deal.
