by JorgeMP on 02/17/2017Justin Henrie, Service Advisor made the entire difference, his constant daily communications were a peace of mind, he provided me with a loaner car and was on top of my new 2017 ACADIA SLT issues together with Vance, the technician who… performed the rather extensive job. The ACADIA was not releasde until it complied with all necessary tests and checks. Already had the car back for five days and its working better than when I took delivery of it 45 days ago. Great Technical Team at Salt Lake Valley Buick-GMC and a very special mention and congratulations to Justin Henrie. Will definitely recommend the dealer and its Service Department to family and friends.Excellent Service

I have absolute confidence whenever I do business with anyone at this dealership. It is a… refreshing difference. Good business practices is what I can count on and I really appreciate it. The Service Department goes the extra mile every time I visit. When I mention even the slightest concern, it not only is acknowledged, it is addressed! They have been more than helpful when I have been incredibly late. They have spent additional time making sure that my car is in perfect condition. They have made me very comfortable when I am visiting. They have noticed the smallest details about my visit and attended to them. I feel like I am with family at my GMC dealer. I know it sounds corny, but I really do. It's unfortunate that the business experience is generally terrible whether it is in a department store or restaurant or with an automotive business. I am pleased to say that is not the case with my GM dealer. These people are great to work with. I trust them with my safety, time and money absolutely!Hello and thank you for this fantastic review! I had to use a polish to get the hard water stains off.Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
