    I was hesitant to purchase a car out of state from and especially from a state like Utah that gets a lot of snow. I had a great experience working with Michael Rowley. He was very responsive and reassuring while going through the process. I would recommend him to anyone. He made buying a car out of state, as calming and good an experience I could have, especially for not seeing the car in person before purchasing. To date, it was the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have had.

    I purchased a new S3 from Strong Audi and the customer service has been excellent before and after the sale. The car is a pleasure to drive and the sales associate I worked with, Jason Powell, gave me his undivided attention as well as great impartial suggestions. I will be sure to work with Jason and Strong Audi again when I get the itch to buy my next car!

    Michael Rowley was trustworthy, fast and friendly. I found Strong Audi thru web. They had the car I wanted, deal was a snap. I flew from Seattle to Salt Lake and drove the car back to Seattle.

    Best buying experience in 17 years and 5 new cars. Sip Trujillo, sales expert was knowledgeable, helpful, candid and an overall nice guy. After miserable experiences at the local Lexus dealer for 15 years, I has surprised and impressed with the whole Strong dealership. Added bonus, the car is awesome!!! DE, SLC

    Strong Audi sets the standard for how all dealerships should treat their customers. The sales experience is excellent and Tony DeJulis in Service will make you look forward to bringing in your Audi. I can't imagine going to any other dealer!

    I bought a new Q5 last month, and I was very happy with the experience. Jacen Peterson was my salesperson, and I thought he did a great job. Not pushy, very relaxed, knew what I was interested in and did a nice job finding the car I was looking for. Luckily, the car I wanted had just arrived on the lot, and they unwrapped it quickly just so I could take it out for a spin. Love the car, had a great experience there, and Jacen did a great job answering all my questions and making me feel like I was getting a fair price. Plus, it's an awesome car.

    Jason Powell helped us purchase a 2015 Q5 in November and was awesome. The whole process took only about 2-3 hours from walking in to driving off with our new car, and that includes finding the actual car we wanted, test drive, and even trading in our old car. He didn't try to sell us a car we didn't want, and was not pushy and arrogant which are characteristics we keep coming across when buying cars. I was dreading car shopping, but this was a great experience. We love our new car, and would definitely come back based on the service.

    We have had four Audi 4s, 2 A4's and 2 S4s. I can't get my wife to give up her 2004 S4 with a 340 hp V8 normally aspirated engine. Nothing like it. I was waiting for the Q3 and when they became available I went in and bought it. We like smaller cars and both the S4 and Q3 fit our size needs. The Q3 is a great car, but I will trade mine in for the S version when it arrives- nothing like a little punch when you need it. We've bought all five cars from Strong Audi in Salt Lake City, over a 25 year period. Obviously we like both the car and the dealership-- they've always done very well by us, sales and service. When we walked in this time, we were greated by JACEN PETERSON, and he didn't miss a beat in finding my car and walking me through it's features. Great guy. I know I have another go to guy there if I need help. A technical assistant, Fred, fine tuned my understanding of the all encompassing MMI. We wife will only drive AUDI's-- I'm a little more broad minded, but I get her point.

    I love Strong Audi!! Everyone there is super nice, efficient, and not pushy at all. My dealer was Michael Rowley and he is probably one of the funniest salesmen I have ever met. Before Strong Audi, I visited about 5-6 different dealerships. All of them were nice, but Michael made my car buying experience so fun! He didn't forcefully give me information; he let me ask all the questions and let me have a lot of alone time with the 2014 A4. I ended up buying the same day I test drove the car because I absolutely fell in love. Their prices and financing are very reasonable. They made my desires meet my budget and I couldn't be happier with my CPO car :) Michael remembers my name every time I call him for servicing and even has called me to apologize for forgetting to tell me a few more features about my car. Now that's customer service!

    I had a very positive buying experience with salesman Warner Trabert at Strong. Warner was very informative without ever being pushy. I ended up purchasing a 2014 allroad from Strong. The negotiations with Warner were easy and fair. A model with features I wanted was not available at Strong but one was quickly located and Warner delivered it to me in person, several hours away, for a small and very reasonable fee. I would recommend working with Warner - he's honest, helpful and responsive.

    Rob Carter is our go-to guy whenever we are ready to trade in or trade up. We were Rob's first customers when he first started at Strong Audi - he did such a good job selling us our Allroad that my husband bought two of them that day: his and hers. That ended up being a pattern we repeated whenever it was time to trade in. Rob would keep an eye out for just what we were looking for, and call us when our ideal match came through. Matching just the right car to our specific needs is something Rob specializes in - that individual customer service that takes on more of a personal relationship than a business transaction. When my husband was in cancer treatment and unable to come to the dealership, Rob worked with us via phone, fax and email to match us to our latest Audi. They negotiated price and trade in values and made a deal over the phone, finalized everything, and all I had to do was drive down and pick up our new car, hand over the keys to our existing one. Rob had everything ready for me and even helped me connect to the car's bluetooth with my phone. My husband is no longer with us, and Rob shared heartfelt condolences at his passing. I would not dream of buying a car from anyone else - Strong Audi and Rob Carter have my business for life.

    I had my eye on a Certified Pre-Owned A5 Audi at Strong. Jason Powell took me for a test ride and it was a very quick sale. He was very professional and helpful in negotiating the sales price. He was extremely patient in explaining all the features of my new Audi. I love my new car and will recommend Jason to my friends.

    1. Left deposit on new car they were to bring in which, one would assume, meant they were holding car for me. They called a few days later and said car was sold. 2. Finally found another car, were bringing it in from another dealer, I was told total price and traveled from out of town to make purchase and pick it up. They surprised me by adding > $500 to price for shipment from other dealer (not dealer destination charge, that was separate). I had never been told there would be a charge to bring from another dealer and in fact was told a total, all inclusive price which did not have this. I left. By the way, found car I wanted at Ken Graff Audi in Orem for $800 less than best price at Strong and they were very professional and honest.

    After considerable research, decided to buy a new Q7 from Strong Audi. We agreed to what we considered a very good price late Saturday afternoon and told the salesman we'd be back first thing Monday morning to close the transaction. When we arrived Monday morning, the sales manager appeared and told us that there's been a "mistake" in the price agreed on Saturday, and that the "real" price was $2,200 higher. No offer from Strong to rectify the problem, recast the deal, etc. We walked out. Strong Audi=Caveat Emptor!

    Found the A4 I wanted from this dealer before signing the paperwork I gave ken Garff audi of Orem a chance to give me a better deal so they did I signed and picked up my A4. But after strong audi sales rep found out I bought my A4 from Garff I got an email from strong audi sales I will copy and paste his exact words: Hi Greg, I.m glad you shopped us, Garff just lost money and we just sold the car for a substantial PROFIT. MAYBE NEXT TIME ( I HOPE NOT) !!! How unprofessional!

    I cannot begin to express how pleased I was with my experience buying my wife a new Audi Q5 from Strong Audi. Jason P went above and beyond to find the exact color and options we wanted, and once the car was delivered Jason made our buying process fast and easy. He took the time to walk us through all of the features of the car and ensured we were fully satisfied before we drove our new Audi off the lot.     I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Strong Audi. Warner T, the sales associate I worked with, answered all my questions and explained all of the options related to the car and financing. I felt no pressure; rather I felt in charge of the transaction.

  • Easy Sale.

    I had a very easy experience at Strong Audi. Jason P and I did this deal over the phone (we had agreed to a deal a year ago, but I backed out!) and a friend test drove my Q5 for me as I had driven some locally before, and knew it was the car I wanted. There was a short negotiating period and when I flew down to pick up the car, they picked me up at the airport and brought me to the dealership. We signed and went over the operations of the car and I was on my way in an hour and a half. I bought at Strong Audi because of their great reputation with my friends who own Audi's and will be using them for service as well. Good job guys!

  • Complete Disaster....

    After test driving a car at Strong with Brian.... had a pretty good experience and decided to move forward with the new A4.... Car color that I wanted was not available here in Salt Lake, so I found it in California myself, negotiated a price with Strong... and then was told that at the price they had negotiated that they wouldn't be making any money.... Rather than work with me on the price, I was told to basically get bent... Now I understand that the A4 is no R8, but I was a cash buyer, and ready to go.... I've dealt with some suspect dealerships before, but this one takes the cake! I'll try [another dealership] up North and drive to a bit to buy my car. Total horror story... Avoid avoid avoid....
    • I had a similar experience with this dealership in regards to ordering a new vehicle. Dealt with 3 different sales people (not by my choice) - none of which ever told the same story or provided any follow-through. Would not expect that type of experience from an Audi dealership ... avoid avoid avoid

    I spent weeks reviewing various makes and shopping at various dealerships. I returned to Strong Audi several times and did several test drives of the Q5. The salesman was very patient and applied no pressure. They did not have exactly what I wanted, so I was ready to buy a competing make. At the last minute the Strong dealership received a Q5 that the salesman thought might meet my needs. He called me, I went back and drove the car, and I bought it for a fair price. I would strongly recommend this dealership.
