Quick Oil Change
by J Eddy on 06/21/2023Ken Garff Nissan provided a good quick oil change and tire rotation, faster than I expected. Also brought car in to provide easy departure. They have improved their customer service.What a joke
by No on 08/24/2022The service department is a joke. I went in for a simple oil change, tire rotation and to fix a recall. The part for the recall wasn’t in so we held off on that and continued with the oil change and tire rotation. Or so I thought. After 3… hours of waiting, I went to check to see if my truck was done. Turns out the mechanics didn’t read the paperwork all the way. They saw the part about the recall and decided to not do anything with my truck to “ wait for a level 2 technician” when I talked to the guy whom I originally set up my service with, he explained to me what happened, and assured my my truck would be done within the next 15 minutes. It wasn’t. It took almost another hour for me to get my truck back and all they did was the oil change. My paperwork said the “ recommended a tire rotation but was declined per my request”. Which is completely inaccurate. Now I get to take time out of a second day of mine to drive the dealership to have them complete my service properly. I pay good money for my vehicles and if I’m going to the dealership to have them serviced, I would like them to be done in a timely manner, be done properly, and to the extent at which I requested. My paperwork also states that they did a video showing the work and inspection they did which I did not receive. I’m guessing they didn’t do the video since I they barley serviced my vehicle. I called them at 5pm, an hour before they closed, hoping to get some information on my recent visit and when someone finally answered the phone I was given the line, “ we will call you back”. I never received my return phone call. I’m very frustrated with todays visit. I wasted nearly 4 hours of my day and my truck didn’t even get serviced properly. This is not the first terrible encounter I have had with this dealership. There is one guy with a longer bear who is very kind and helpful.Great service
by Michael on 04/17/2022Jeff and Team at Nissan Riverdale were very helpful with my Leaf. Friendly, responsive and good experience working with them. They performed a tire rotation, replaced my key fob battery, and identified, then repaired a nail/screw that was… in a tire losing air. Also, provided me some good tire recommendations after assessment of my tires that could be maximized with their current tire promotion. No pressure, provided information, and I plan to be back to get new tires with them. Another gentleman also washed my car really nicely as well. Thanks! MichaelKirk was awesome!

by Aaron on 06/22/2021I’ve been a happy customer since 2017. For this service, I just got an emissions test. It was $10 cheaper than the competitor next to my house. The service only took 30 minutes, and it included an inspection, car wash and vacuum, which… exceeded my expectations. The employees are always friendly. I always shop around to make sure I’m not overpaying for service, and my dealership consistently has competitive prices. The most important reason that keeps me coming back for service is that this location doesn’t upsell or make me feel like I’m getting scammed. One time I brought my car in for service and the advisor actually told me that it wasn’t necessary and told me how I could fix the problem myself.1996 Isuzu Rodeo 4x4

by L on 05/22/2020This dealership is very good to work with. Very kind and gets the job done. However, Very disappointed they do not take appointments for an oil change. I don’t understand why this service cannot be scheduled. I would love to be able to… schedule a quick in and out service. I have young kids, and it is so inconvenient to come in and wait for two hours for an oil change. Really like this place and will continue bringing my car in, but please make this change. Time is valuable to all of us :)Oil change

by Nohonor on 03/15/2020I really happy with the service advisor Nathan and the help on taking some money off my service but, I will say don't trust their service prices online! I was under the impression I'd be getting alot of work done for 116.00 as per their… advertisement on their website for their Dealer maintenance package, even called their service department a couple days before to confirm the price because I felt it was too good to be true and was told that was correct, to walk in and have them tell me that it was not correct and they would not be honoring that price, so I paid 100.00 more for the more important services that were in that package, to have much less than what i was expecting to have done with my vehicle. It's a good thing I didn't just leave my car there and tell them the package I wanted and not verified again, I would have came back to a 600.00 or more bill! I'm livid with this experience and the fact they would not honor what their website said, that's beyond false advertisement but hey, They were glad I brought it to their attention. I will not be bringing my car back to the dealership for service.Not sure
by Charlee on 01/11/2020Oil change good. Customer service rep. Polite. They always try to upsale additional services. Pet peeve. The say the will wash and vacuum. They do wash but in two visits never vacuum. So how do I know they changed the oil. Or rotate tires.… HmmmGreat service!
by Eric on 01/11/2020My cars flywheel decided to commit suicide. I called the dealership I bought the car from, told me it be a couple days before they could get me in. I called Ken Garth Nissan in Riverdale, they recommended the tow truck company to use to… get my car to them. They (Bill) kept me informed about status, cost, and when to expect everything completed. When I picked up my finished car, it was cleaned up, washed and Bill went through everything done and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.The best service in the ogden area

by Lostchinaman on 08/21/2017Very unhappy with my time here. I make an appointment, yet get bumped by walk-ins. That shouldn't be how the process works. You make an appointment, you go at your appointment. Get there and am told it'll take a 1.25 hours..... for a tire… rotation and an oil change. Too long of a time for those services, but it's out of my hands. 2 hours later I'm told "they are just finishing, would you like us to do that car wash for you now?" No. I wanted out. Horrible customer service. Very dissatisfied with the service department. Only came here because I got the advantage care with the purchase at a different ken garff. Start treating your customers with respect. Not all customers are right, but no customer should be pushed off and made to wait, merely because they ask the questions about there service.Detail

Chad, Steve and Crystal are just awesome... each one of them listened to us and explained everything. They had to deal with a horrible situation and… WOW... they were delightful to work with.
