We were helped by Jameson who was polite and knowledgeable. He has continued to be in touch with us even… after the purchase, which shows a great business ethic. I would highly recommend this place. There were no annoying sales tricks, like going to the back and clearing prices with a secret boss. It was straightforward and simple. The way car buying should be. We even left to go for lunch and think about it a little more. No high pressure tactics, like "it might be gone when you come back", just great, friendly interactions. We are proud to support a local business, but this local business also had the best prices in all of Utah on these vehicles. James, the finance guy, was efficient and friendly. We would recommend to friends and family and will be coming here for our service too.Thank you for taking the time to write this fantastic review! He is not pushy, he took the time to find out what I was interested in and showed me what I… asked for. Mickey made it easy to trust him. I would absolutely buy another car from him. I was very nervous about buying my second car for some reason, and it was a very easy process and help me through financing and everything needed. I did notice that… there was a chip in my door right along the edge(it's small and not very noticable), I wish there was some sort of process that I could go through to get that fixed. I didn't notice it while at the dealership, and didn't really know if i could do anything about it.Best Car Buying Experience Yet

Finance Manager James was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. His financial prowess… allowed him to find better financing that even my own credit union offered. by bill2588 on 04/24/2009I have had only great experiences in purchasing my cars at Harmon's. My wife and I comment regularly that we cannot imagine looking anywhere else again. Not only is the staff fantastic, the prices seem to beat anybody around. I have… friends who tell me that is cheaper to buy in SLC, not true, each time I have told them to go to Harmon's after checking in Salt Lake, and each time they have purchased from Harmon's. If for some reason they do not have what you want on their lot, they will find it for you. It is nice to have such an honest and solid dealership here in Provo.GREAT DEALER!!!!
