    We drove through the young Kia lot on Main Street kinda knowing what we wanted out of a car. We had a strict budget that we couldn’t go much over. Hunter was the sales associate that was able to help us on the price and they payment plan. He was very friendly, patient, and understanding I highly recommend him to everyone that is interested in buying a Kia. Over all we were very happy with not only the car but the great personal customer service that they provided for us.

    Young Kia ofLayton, Utah is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. My salesman, “Todd” , was extremely diligent and helpful in getting me a great financing rate for the car of my choice. I would highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a new or used car and have had credit issues . They will work with you. I highly recommend this dealership !!!!!

    Didn't go there to buy a car, only went to look. The salesman (Lindsay) was very patient with my picky nature and I test drove 4 cars. He wasn't pushy (which I absolutely hate), and the other employees there were also very good to help with anything else that we needed. I am not an easy one to please, but they all did a very amazing job. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks to everyone there....

    Horrible sales people! Went in to check on updating my wife's optima that she loves. Stopped by after work to see if the new updates to the cat are worth it. The sales an wouldn't get the keys to show me the differences in the interior being that it was 25-30 degrees outside. After 30 mins of talking/freezing and trying to show me the differences through the window I had enough. Lazy and unhelpful doesn't sell cars! We won't be buying from there this week!

    I got my first kia optima last year from this young kia, and just last month upgraded to the 2015 kia optima EX. I love my car so much! I will continue to get cars only from this dealership. The guys there are so kind and really care about their customers. They are wonderful at getting you in the car you want for a price you can actually afford! Everytime I go in there they treat me like they have known me for years. I fully reccomend them to anyone looking for a new car!

    On 11 Feb 2008 I stopped into to look at the Kia Minivans. Young Kia in Kaysville had a 2007 base model minivan that the salesman quoted a price of 18,895. I ran calculations at home, and when I went back to purchase, the saleman did the paperwork, and the numbers he was coming up with for a monthly payment was around $50 higher then what I had calculated using diffrent auto payment calculators on the web. When the finance person starting trying to tell me that my math did not add up, instead of a starting price of 21,894 with a 3000 rebate = 18,895 he had a starting price of 23,895 with a 3000 rebate. Then when I pointed this out, and asked for the keys to my car back they did not want to give me the keys back. After that, the finance person got in my face and started yelling at me that "You are retarded". He then tried to stand in my way when I went to get in my car, and still yelling "You are retarded." I left, he almost jumped in front of my car to try and stop me from leaving. I went home and looked up Young Kia on the BBB website. Young Kia has an unsatisfactory rating on the BBB website for similar actions in sales. The Young automotive group has a number of dealerships in Kaysville and Layton, Utah. Talking to people at work, the Young Automotive Group has been known to treat many people this same way. Bait and switch on the prices, and on vehicles. Also, they do not have respect for the customers. They have been known to treat the customers like trash. Please do not shop at Young Kia in Kaysville, Utah, or any of the Young Automotive Group dealerships in Kaysville or Layton Utah as these people are a bunch of [violative content deleted].

    Young Kia's after the sale service is poor. Took us 6 weeks and 3-4 phone calls to get our license plates. Was offered a gift card for taking the time to do a customer survey. Card was to be delivered to our home with 6 weeks. Well we purchased our vehicle in May. It is now November and we still have not seen the gift card. Oh I forgot to mention that we visited the dealership in September for an oil change, the card issued was discussed, and we were promised the issue would be resolve and we would get our card within a week or so. Well that has now been 8 weeks. I would not recommend this purchasing a car from this dealership to anyone.

    I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Ryan H. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had some questions about one of the cars, and he knew the answers right away. When I am ready to purchase a new car, I will definately come back to Young Kia and have Ryan help me pick the perfect car for me. Thanks again Ryan for making car shopping a great experience and not being pushy like a lot of the other car sales men I have dealt with.

    We had a very good experience with Young Kia. Mckay N was the one that helped us out. He listened to what we wanted in a family vehicle and he found one for us and more. The whole sales team was very nice and easy to deal with. We will definitely be going back for all of our vehicle needs and will also be spreading the word to family and friends!

    This is the second car I have purchased from Young Kia and as long as Kia keeps making great cars, it won't be the last. Coltin and Scott have helped us both times and been great. They are knowledgeable , courteous , and respectful. I told them what I needed to get it one and they made it happen. Even after the sale was complete, they took the time to show me every feature of my new car. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone!

    I hadn't bought a vehicle for quite a few years and the thought of dealing with pushy sales people was not something I looked forward to. After doing some research I found that poeple were extremely happy with Yound Kia in Kaysville. I gave it a shot and could not be happier. Not only was my salesman McKay very knowleable he was also not pushy and was willing to help find me what I wanted. The General Manager, Jared and Sales Manager, Aaron were also excellent in attending to me and working with me to get me the best deal available! I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend them for your next car purchase!

    We were referred to Young based on financing set up prior to going to even buying a car, but the referral turned out to be a gem! Colten (our salesman) was great to work with and the experience from beginning to end was great. They understood our needs and wants, did their best to fulfill them and made us feel at home. We told Colten up from we didn't want to deal with the sales games and he did his best to make sure we didn't have to play them! I would definitately refer anyone I know to Young KIA.

    We just purchased a 2014 Kia Forte and love it! Ours sales person was McKay N and he was really cool. He found the car we were looking at and had it ready to test drive when we got there. He had it all cooled off which was nice, because it was a hot day. He explained everything to us on how things work and went through the book. He took his time and was friendly and had us laughing! We had a good time buying a car. Who says that??? We were very impressed and would highly recommend Young Kia in Kaysville to anyone looking for a great deal.

    Larry was very helpful in getting what I needed. We looked at a used car dealer for a Kia Soul, and ended up coming across a brand new one for just about the same price (2 years newer) through Young Kia. Although we drove from Draper to Kaysville, it was definitely worth it and I am so happy with my car!

    The customer service was awful. Where to begin? The list goes on and the only reason I bought a car from them was because it was the vehicle I wanted and I had spent weeks researching and looking for a vehicle. The moment I stepped on the lot, the salesman was trying to sell me everything but the cars I was there to look at. I wasn’t supplied with a full Carfax report despite me asking 3 times. I had to get my own when I went home that night. The salesman kept calling me the wrong name, even up to the point that I was there to fill out paperwork. The day after the first test drive, I was called at 9am to ask if I had made a decision about the vehicle. I hadn’t because I was asking my lender questions that the salesman kept being vague about. I ended up purchasing the vehicle after negotiating the sticker price. They told me that the car had Bluetooth, when I asked them to help me pair it up with my phone, they didn’t know how. They sent me to a different dealership. When I arrived at the new dealership, they informed me that the car did not have Bluetooth. I called the original dealership back and they told me “We lost money when we sold you the car today so we are not going to help you out with the Bluetooth. It was a trade-in and it said it had Bluetooth so I assumed it did. But we aren’t going to help you out with this.” I think that last sentence about sums up the experience and the service you can receive when going to Young Kia in Kaysville, UT. If I could return the vehicle and get my money back, I would in a heartbeat. I am incredibly unhappy and frustrated about this situation.

    The Sorento I just bought is the 4th in a series of KIA's I have had. I wasn't sure if I could afford or even quailfy to go to the Sorento from my Forte, but Colten Gittens called me up, we made an appointment to go up and look at what they had. It less than 3 hours from the time I arrived to the time I was driving awayfrom the dealership. Young Kia was worth the Drive. There were other Kia Dealers closer but Young Kia and Colten were the only ones to reply to my general search questions. Granted I knid of new what I wanted but it didn't change how I felt about service, the sales people and my new Sorento. I Think Young KIA did an outstanding Job.

    We found a great, economical used car for sale, that had just been traded-in a few days previously. Our salesman Larry was so helpful and efficient in getting us a low price on it, and we had possession before we knew it. Our first road trip this week proved once again that Young Kia knows how to make good things happen for Kaysville neighbors!

    Just a word of warning to prospective buyers out there - DON'T BELIEVE GOOGLE REVIEWS OR EDMUNDS, YOUNG KIA BRIBES BUYERS WITH GIFT CERTIFICATES IF THEY RATE 5 STARS! I visited and bought from Young Kia in part because of the large number of positive reviews, but now I know why everyone rates 5 stars!

    We have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealer, and have been pleased both times. The customer service and follow up is quite impressive. It really pays to do business with a reputable company like this, and to know that we are keeping our dollars close to home in our own town. Good work, Young Kia!

    I was truelly surprised at the great experience I had purchasing my new KIA. Lets be honest mo one likes the pushy, stressful, and lengthy experience of buying a car.
