Excellent Service and New Vehicle Sales Experience!

I highly recommend Arod Rodriquez in the Service department. Arod was able to go above and beyond to help meet my needs.… He was compassionate, very professional, knowledgeable and had great problem solving and communication skills! Thank you Arod, for another amazing experience in the service department! Thank you, Wendy Rivera, for your offer to provide assistance regarding options available and making sure I was informed. Thank you, Wendy! Next, I met Tristain Oliveras who walked me through even more options with patience, excellent listening skills and open thoroughness of providing all options available. No pressure and gave me time to think through and let things progress on my timing. Thanks, Tristain, for a great buying experience! Jacob Weyland was amazing at working through the numbers and different financial options and what best fit my personal needs. Thank you, Jacob! Very easy process from picking the car and wrapping up the deal with Finance department.… Tristan followed up on all questions and provided detailed answers. Highly recommend Tristan. He gave us tour of service department and got us set up for service in the system for when need oil changes etc.Thanks for sharing your experience! New Car Purchase
by Happy Car Owner on 05/14/2023Best Car buying experience I’ve had. Arsheal Ates ( Ochoa) was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and just an all around cool guy. Not pushy or aggressive. Got us the deal and car we were wanting. Took about 3 hrs but the process was easy… and smooth. Was indecisive all week on which dealerships to choose. At peace that we chose the right one.We loved reading about the excellent car-buying experience you had while working with Arsheal! We’re so glad that you found our dealership to be the right choice.
