    The fact he greeted me at the door allow me take my time and as well kept me updated and answered all my questions willingly

    I felt that the service I received was prompt, thorough, and I knew what I was getting for my money. I felt I was not taken advantage of and that my needs were considered. The prices for service were outstanding, and after an awful experience at another dealership where I was called twice a day for three weeks after my (very expensive routine maintenance) service to sell them my (recently purchased) used car. Everything about my experience was phenomenal.

    I have been to this dealership a couple times for services on my 2013 Nissan Sentra. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. I typically drop off my vehicle and I receive a call when my vehicle is completed. This is usually quick and employees are sure to go over any other services that may need to be performed on my vehicle.

    Service was as promised. Truck was ready when promised. Car rental was as promised. Truck was washed and vacuumed. I feel comfortable about the major routine maintenance performed and feel I should get to 100K miles on my 2011 Titan 4Pro with no problem. Current mileage is 67.5K. Service person was helpful and told me about a coupon that saved me $150 bucks. He also helped my wife and me set up our new phones with Bluetooth.

    I have not had a bad experience at this dealership yet!! Love Fred Haas!! I always feel like they are honest with me about my Altima! Even something so simple as I came in to have my oil changed and my tires rotated and they came back and said it was not time for my tires to be rotated yet. They checked them and they were fine. When they could have easily made a few more bucks off of me they were honest and said not this time! Great job guys!!

    It was a great experience especially since the service advisor was very accomodating in helping me with my car even though they were about to close. He provided great customer service and even made sure that I got the best treatment.

    I had great service. Jeff took my initial concern, I spoke to Drew during the day and Rick finished off at the end of the day so I was very happy. Rick expected me to bring the car by and he was quick and efficient. I spoke to three people but it was like speaking to one person because they knew what the problem was and attended to everything so nothing had to be re-explained. Perfect service.

    everyone was so kind and how they seem to truly care. They explained everything and they did not rush me about my concerns. I appreciate their smiles so early in the morning. I had a fresh cup of coffee & snack. They didn't mind to take my car back & put new wipers on, their suggestion(I forgot to tell them to do it the first time). My car was washed. What is not to like!!! I do recommend this dealership all the time.
