    They will not tell you over phone any numbers on the vehicle you want to purchase I came to see your salesman after receiving email "You are approved just come take delivery and drive home" when I got there ask home much I got down had told him on phone 0 hes said payments were 1100-1200 month your payment cacculator shoes almost $700 trade in he said $22,000 leaving $5,000 I owe price of the Z is #38,495 + $5000 is $43,495 I ask how much to finance said add $10,000 he said $55.000 Tax,Title and stuff cost that much any way I will not be back can you explain how he sales at that price is that normal thank you Henry H. Mitchell 979-249-7051 Salesman Frank Amliess he said I need cosigner I don't want one if that the reason he should have told me up front have nice day

The sales pro Star Norris was attentive and respectful, and the process was seamless all the way up to the sales director Paul Sharp . The team was professional and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend! Didn’t get a spin for a free TV but I’ll get it next time.

    TL;DR: 1st finance manager (David) didn't know what was going on prior to our meeting; payments were almost 50% more. 2nd finance manager (Jonathan), added a $5200 extended warranty and GAP insurance without our knowledge or consent. Dealer add-ons are non-negotiable $4995. My wife and I went in to look at a Lincoln Navigator L Reserve. The salesperson that greeted us at the door, Kaylum, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel valued and understood. After going through our financial requirements and credit application with Kaylum Tuesday evening, we waited for the finance department to run our credit Wednesday morning. As such, we returned the next morning and sat in David's (finance manager) office to go over options. We didn't know the sale price, add-ons, etc he was working with, he simply presented the finance charge, monthly payment, and term. His numbers weren't close to our budget, likewise he started asking about our ideal monthly payment. Keep in mind, the previous evening, we went back and forth about what we'd like to pay each month. I was put off (having to repeat myself) after spending 1+ hour with sales the night before. He opened our folder and I was able to point out the document we were working on the previous night. It might be argued David couldn't possibly know what was discussed prior to his involvement but suffice to say, as a finance manager, it's his duty to be informed. I had to excuse myself due to work obligations. Later that evening, my wife and I returned and had an opportunity to speak with another finance manager, Jonathan. He presented a more attractive monthly payment and better term. It was still higher than what we discussed the previous day but it was manageable. I wasn't clear exactly what numbers he was running (base price, add-ons) so I asked for clarification. That's when he disclosed the price of the vehicle, extended 3rd party warranty, GAP insurance, TTL, etc. I was shocked, disappointed and insulted that a finance manager would automatically add an extended warranty without our approval or consent. I asked him to recalculate the numbers by taking off the warranty and he informed me the lender approved our deal based on the vehicle being covered under warranty. He also sweetened the warranty deal by adding free oil changes. After quite a bit of back-and-forth, discussing our modest trade-in, he offered an additional $500 to our trade if we would accept the warranty. As you can surmise, Jonathan went on about the benefits of a warranty, how I couldn't possibly fix things that go wrong with the vehicle, and so on. He also repeated something about one of his managers was a previous general sales manager (or something of the sort) and no matter what we add or remove, he's going to get the money (loosely paraphrased). Apart from the sale price of the vehicle, the extended warranty was $5200. Additionally, there's a non-negotiable $4995 dealer add-on that includes (to the best of my recollection) environmental protection, window tint repair, nitrogen-filled tires, LoJack installed (unclear if tracking is included). That's almost $10,200 not including GAP insurance cost (the price escapes me now). In David's office there's signage in both English and Spanish, advising the activities in his office are being recorded by video and audio. Jonathan's office didn't have the signage but there is a camera on a cabinet. Just in case a manager may choose to question my integrity, I highly encourage him/her to review the footage. The way the finance department treated us, insulting at best, is more than enough to never do business with Fred Haas Nissan. Furthermore, even if they were to try to make things right, it's only because I publicized their unscrupulous business practices on a public platform. UPDATE 11/11/2022 11:15 AM Finance manager Carlos called to see if there was anything they could do to salvage the sale. I had to keep repeating myself: I don't want to do business with them. I even said, "you didn't even offer an apology". He replied, "if you want me to apologize I will but that's not going to resolve anything." That put me over the top; manipulators will always turn things around and make it about you. I told him that. Then, 45 seconds after I made that statement, Carlos accused me of opposing his help.

    I recently purchased a new vehicle from Fred Haas Nissan in Tomball, TX. I bought a black 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum. Let me just first say the whole experience was "WOW"!!!. This is my second black Murano Platinum from Fred Haas that I bought in 2014 and had all the service maintenance work done there as well. This time Nabeel Qureshi was the Internet Sales Consultant that responded immediately from my first inquiry on their Internet sales website. I can not say enough about Nabeel. He is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything I asked him to do (listened to me) in a timely manner, very professional and respectful down to earth kind of man. He followed up with courteous text messages, clear communication, phone calls to assure complete satisfaction during my purchasing experience. I am a single woman and they never made me feel uncomfortable and no playing games. The new car sales manager, Renee Gonzalez was amazing this time and in 2014 and worked with Nabeel and myself in getting the exact car I wanted with no issues, pricing was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) to meet all of my needs to make the deal a pleasant experience. If you are looking to buy a vehicle in the near future, please pay a visit to Fred Haas Nissan dealership and work with Nabeel Qureshi, you will definitely be glad you did.   • Bought new Frontier - NO SUPPORT from dealership after sale

    Bought a new 2019 Frontier from this dealer. The sales experience was not bad. However, I test drove the truck on the bad roads around the dealership and experienced a very rough ride. After the sale, I drove more on different roads and discovered the problem is the truck. I took it to their service group and their method of troubleshooting a bad ride is to compare it to another one on their lot. This means no real troubleshooting!!! Jim Blackburn wrote the service report that said all 4 things I complained about were normal. Nissan Corporate could do nothing as their "experts" are the service people. Now I am trying to figure out the rough ride problem without their help. Don't buy a Nissan Frontier from Fred Haas Nissan and expect good service!!!

    I was looking for a clean economical car for my son on a pretty tight budget. Omer Sharif understood what I was looking for and helped me find a really clean, low miles Altima that we love. He worked to get the right price on my trade-in. I am very satisfied with all of the help everyone gave. I plan on shopping here again, soon.

    Our car buying experience at Fred Haas dealership in Tomball, Tx was awesome from beginning to end. My wife and I can say without any doubt Mr. Daryl Williams was by far the most pleasant, professional person we have ever worked with in purchasing a new vehicle. We have purchased many new vehicles for myself, wife, and daughter over the past 30 years. This gentleman went out of his way to make sure everything went well through the whole process. Truly a blessing I am sure to have someone like this in this organization. In addition this process began via a request for a vehicle on Fred Haas website. This began with Ms Stephanie Martinez who responded to my email, called me and set appointment. She also provided me with ALL l the information I requested up front before the appointment. Unlike the other two dealerships I visited, Stephanie had exactly what I requested waiting on me. The other dealerships had add-ons for a surprise when I showed up. Fred Haas gave m daughter what she wanted without any additions. I would highly recommend these 2 individuals if you are purchasing a Nissan and make sure you shop Fred Haas in Tomball.     My experience with Fred Haas was the best ever. Rita a Smith was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I am a no nonsense person and Rita was a perfect fit for me. The finance up, Ivan was knowledgeable about the products offered by Nissan and was not pushy about selling me something I did not want. Other dealerships should pattern after Fred Haas.

    Henry Sharp, one of the internet salesmen, was very easy to work with. He was not overbearing and always stayed on top of my emails. We were able to work to an agreeable price via email so as not to waste any of my time at a dealership. I shopped thru TruCar. Fred Haas didn't have the vehicle in stock but were willing to do a trade with another dealership and still honor the TruCar pricing. I would recommend Henry as well as Fred Haas. I felt the price we worked to was very fair for both sides. I am very pleased.

    The Salesman James was professional and he worked diligently to get me in a vehicle. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and ensured that I was a satisfied customer. The Sales Manager Juan and Salesman James found a car that fit my needs and that was best for the sell to be finalized.
