    I just bought my 2nd Jeep in less than 1 year from AutoNation Dodge Jeep Ram in Spring. Absolutely hands down the best dealer in Houston. I searched and shopped at 4 or 5 dealers and it was well worth driving across town to get it here. If you need a new car ask for Vicky S. If you need a used car talk to Frank S. You won't find car sales persons like them anywhere. I have purchased 5 new cars in the last 4 years and the best experience is with them. The service department is also very good!

    Overall my experience was good to very good. Entering Pre-Owned sales building, I had to seek out a salesman for help - must be low pressure. Test drove car I saw on Autotrader and liked it. I then asked about value of my trade-in. Did not like the value returned which was lower than trade-in figure from KBB, and did not receive any credit for new short-block with <7,000 miles on it. This should have easily added another $1K. I struck a deal with some lienency granted on the car purchase price. Completed the paper work and picked up the car after arranging insurance two days later. Worked out okay.

    I had been looking for a particular new Ram 1500 and found a few at different dealerships. After dealing with Demontri C. and having the attention and response that he gave, I was sold. Process was smooth and easy and I would highly recomend anyone looking for a new truck to give him a call.

    I can't say enough about the sales agent that has always gone above and beyond to find the right truck for me. Willie Bis a great and knowledgeable salesperson. I had purchased my 2012 Ram Longhorn from him two years ago and wanted to get into a 2014 and told him exactly what I wanted. I wasn't in a rush and let him do his work to find it. It didn't take him 2 weeks to call me to let me know that a truck was arriving at the dealership the very next day. I trusted him with what he was saying and it was exactly what I was looking for. He had already prepared all the leg work for me and gave me what I was wanting for my 2012. Willie worked his "magic"! I was also in and out of the dealership in record time! 2 1/2 hours. that never happens, in fact it was exactly the same when I bought in 2012 and thought it was a fluke. This was not the case and its his usual way of doing things. The entire staff was very friendly as always and they made me feel like I was the most important person there and the only one there! Wow!! Definitely, if you are in the market, go see Willie!! What a wonderful experience!!

    On August 1, 2013, I traded my Challenger R/T in for a Ram 1500 Hemi Crew Cab 4x2. The whole experience was relatively stress free and the staff was truly professional and kind. I will buy from them again, without question. Jorge was my salesman and he handled things beautifully. I left feeling great about the deal I got. Would definitely recommend to anyone and I already have a couple of times. 5 STARS! Thank you Auto Nation of Spring!!!

    I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Rubicon with the assistance of Leonard C. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked with me to get the price I was wanting. Very happy with my Rubicon and if I ever trade up, will return to Autonation in Spring!

    Chris Lonidier was alright, he had a good presentation but the further we negotiated the more irritated he got. His entire persona changed to where I felt like he was going to chew me out for getting a better deal and staying within my budget on a used vehicle overpriced. He became short with me, face got red, and was a little smart. He is a man of his word and that was all that really mattered to me, i'm wasn't there to make a friend and honestly if the salesperson is a little upset I'VE DONE MY JOB! Too many people pay sticker price and don't negotiate. I doubt the lights will be turned off at the dealership due to the good deal I got. Other than that I fully trust this dealership and the finance manager Danny Raymond was awesome!!

    Drove all the way from Waco to check out a special edition Challenger they didn't have in my area. Really did not want to drive that far to be hassled by a salesman but wanted to check out the car in person because the online price was so low. Not only was the car better than the pictures I saw online, Erik K. provided exceptional customer service and was very knowledgable about the vehicles we ended up looking at, a Challenger and a Wrangler. Could not have been more impressed. Ended up buying the 100th edition Challenger and if I ever buy another Chrysler product, I'm driving to Spring to see Erik.

    I worked wit Ben D. and even though he was fairly new he knew his facts and everything about all of the options on my truck and took the time to explain their operation. Ben was not pushy and was a pleasure to work with. I researched pricing on all major diesel trucks and Autonation had the best pricing around. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Great experience...Joshua G. worked his magic along with that excellent finance dept and got me into the car I had set my sites on initially. great work and I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from autonation in spring, tx..and this coming from a guy who has been told no on numerous occasions...very impressed..

    I bought my last Dodge before Autonation bought out this dealership and I did not plan on buying another one here. I was attracted to the internet price and discount on a Ram 1500 and found that it was to my advantage to go an see what would happen. I found Chris W. to be a good salesman and worked hard to make the deal with me. He is new at the game but did a real good job. I was impressed with Maurice P. a Finance Service Manager. He offered me all the deals that this dealership has and he did not pressure me in the purchase of any. I did however pick and choose what I wanted and he went with my decision. He offered me a great finance rate and I would buy from this dealership again.

    My experience with this dealer is in trying to purchase a car, but I expect that the service can't be better than it's poor management. I recently tried to purchase a car that I found on the Internet. I called first, found the vehicle was still available. As I live a couple of hours away, I was told that I had to put $500.00 down and fill out a credit application to hold the car. I did this, and made arrangements to take off work to go to the dealer and finalize the deal the next day. A number of hours later, I get an email that someone had come in and put $2000.00 down on the car so they sold it to someone else. This isn't a good practice but sometimes mistakes happen. Life goes on. As it turns out, the car still showed up on the Internet. I called and was told that the person that bought it to come in from out of town to finalize the deal and pick it up. I got an email from the general manager, Tom saying that he would be happy to help me find a car. I responded right away giving my phone number and asking for a response.... I guess Tom wasn't very interested in me because the response to my email never came, so I called and left voice-mail which also went unanswered. The next week the salesman called me saying the original deal on the car fell through. Again I asked him if we could hold it to make arrangements to leave work and purchase the car. He took a credit card number and assured me that the car would be there for me to look at. Ten minutes later I get a call saying that this time management says they can't hold it. Rule change? Who knows! No problem, I tell him that I'll just purchase the car and told him to put $2000.00 on my credit card and I'd get out of work and get the car. Three hours later, they call me and again say that someone just bought the car that i had put a down-payment on. I had put the same amount of money as the last customer did when they sold it to her. I was willing to pay the asking price, and there was no haggling on this car. I purposely went to dealers and avoided private sellers and small car lots thinking that I would escape this unprofessional behavior. After spending all this time and countless emails and phone calls trying to make sure we did this right, it really made no difference. At the end, I sent one more email to the General Manager, Tom B. explaining how horrible my experience was, not believing that this was how he or AutoNation expected their dealerships to treat their customers. Again. no response. I could have gotten better customer service on ebay. They obviously have no customer satisfaction culture and make or break rules at will. If you go there and your experience is better than mine, consider yourself extremely lucky. I would avoid them as there are plenty of other dealerships that ARE ethical and really do value prospective customers.

    My sales rep Mark S. kept me posted over a several week period on the particular truck I was looking for. He never pressured me or made me feel I was wasting his time.
