by Dee on 03/18/2025Exactly 21 days ago, I was t-boned in my vehicle and was left with no transportation. This unfortunate incident led to a number of decisions that required immediate action with no real time for pondering. I turned to Fred Haas Toyota World… because of my sisters’ experiences in their past purchases. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Bo Sierra who assisted me from beginning to end. Bo was knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive. Because of the poor weather on the day of my purchase, rather than walk from vehicle to vehicle, Bo showed me cars with the specifics that I identified via an online option. I made a selection, we did a test drive and I left Fred Haas Toyota World in a 2023 Silver Subaru Crosstrek with 37,000. We reviewed the CarFax review and there had been only 2 previous owners. Why is this review important to others that may need to make a car purchase? My response: I am a senior female who relies on my moral compass as I maneuver through life and the constant challenges we all encounter. Trust is important to me and it is a virtue I seek in others. My predicament had imposed a need and that Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Fred Haas Toyota World, I concluded my transaction with Bo Sierra. I am very thankful because on that day, Bo demonstrated a concern for my needs being very patient and compassionate. Bo demonstrated values that are essential today: integrity and honesty! He's even ordering me the gloss TRD to apply to my truck and sending it to the house free of… charge. Also wanted to give a big thanks to Fernando for answering a few questions I had and talking about the truck a little bit. Picked up the truck today fully detailed and shiny. Didn't find any major issues when doing the inspection there or at home other than the rear passenger window button on the drivers door won't roll that window down which is minor. Great experience buying from here and very knowledgeable.Easy and fun experience!
