I recently purchased two vehicles from Ruiz Ranch, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Tyler was our sales… representative and was with us every step of the way.
They offered a wide selection of vehicles at competitive prices, allowing me to find exactly what I was looking for. The team took the time to answer all my questions and provided detailed information about each vehicle’s features and history.
What stood out to me was their commitment to customer service. They were not pushy and genuinely wanted to ensure I made the right choice for my needs. The financing process was straightforward, and I felt confident in my purchase.
Tyler and the Ruiz Motor team, went out of their way and delivered our vehicle (4 hours away) at no charge. Saving us the headache of driving 2 vehicles across Texas. They truly do care about their customers.
Overall, I highly recommend Ruiz Ranch for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made my buying experience exceptional!
