Mario is an awesome salesman that got me into my Bmw Beamer. Worked tirelessly to get me what I wanted and at the price that I wanted. Great service and felt no pressure at all. Very smooth and easy going process! Thanks again Mario for being the best! I love my car and wouldn't be in it without you helping me like you did!

I am in the hotel business and I know how difficult it can be to have someone take time to write Nice reviews. I wanted to make sure I try and get this done. I wish I had more time and the right words to Really make an impact. As a single female the last thing we want to do is drive up to a dealership with everyone lined up outside at he entrance with the same thing on ready to ounce. It's intimidating and rude. I had been to quite a few in the area and did not get the warm feeling I felt I needed to have making this kind of purchase. So I got online and right away Andrew Humphreys text me nice and to the point. Came out and enjoyed the staff and the setup with all the glass is interesting but I didn't feel pinned in. I knew I was not going to spend endless hours doing paperwork and going back and forth with numbers. Andrew, frank and Michael made it easy for me. I had to leave the car for service issues and it stayed longer in the shop than we all wanted but it ms fixed and I have even had follow up calls. So I am not forgotten. I had just gone thru a bad experience in life and found myself needing a car. When I drove out of there I felt like I was finally going to be ok. It was pretty emotional and that team made it happen. Seriously most of us have not great credit and living paycheck to paycheck and they treated me like gold. I was buying a used car not that much money and they didn't care. Don't forget about the single professional women with no kids. We are out there and I wish more marketing was geared to that sometimes. Shout out and a raise and a day off and top name on your score board to Andrew! Michael was the best money guy ever! Don't conform be different...and people like me will be there! Thank you for helping me get my life back! Kris

  • Excellent Sales Experience

We have been looking for a car for our son and VW was on the top of the list as it speaks for itself. Safe, reliable, sleek and has so much to offer. We drove to North Park VW and walked inside and Tony DeJoseph introduced himself to us. The entire experience was top notch. He was informative and willing to help however we needed to make sure which car was the right one for him. If you want a great experience and a 'no' hard sales approach just real visit Tony. Thanks again VW for not letting us down

  • Excellent service - could not have been happier

From start to finish, North Park Volkswagen gave me excellent service. I chose Mario Espinoza after reading reviews about him on line. I let him know that I would be driving in on the weekend to view and test drive an SUV I saw online. I also told him I didn't want to spend my entire day trading in my vehicle and purchasing the new one. I called Mario when I arrived in San Antonio. Drove to the dealership, test drove the car, they evaluated my trade in, and went through financing all in a matter of two and half hours. Mr. Espinoza was very helpful from start to finish and provided me with his personal cel number just in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend North park VW to any and all who are interested in purchasing a VW. In addition, I would not do business with anyone other than Mario as he was phenomenal. Thank you so much Mario for all you did!!!!!!

Easiest car buying experience I bought twice! First) I was in the market for a new car. My Saab was starting to have problems and I knew it was time for something different. I am the kind of person that like eclectic cars and was interested in the CC. When I went to North Park I was immediately greeted with a smile by Miggy. She wasn't the traditional sales person, and I appreciated that. She walked me over to the only used CC and I was sold on it immediately. I wasn't able to take it that day so I put down a deposit, and thought about my purchase for a week. When i went back to sign the final paperwork I wasn't as impressed with it so i decided to withdrawal my offer. Miggy told me that it wouldn't be a problem, but she had another offer. A brand new 2013 CC that had just come off the truck. I was worried about the price, but she told me not to worry. She was able to drop the price for me $8,000! Then the finance department got me an unbelievable rate through VW Credit. I was the happiest with a car I've ever been! Second) 6 months later we were in the market for a car for my son. I found a Toyota Corolla online that was a bit out of my price range but i decided to go in and see what deal I could get. Miggy wasn't there so Malcom helped us. He was so eager to sell us a car that he took $1,500 off sticker and delivered the car to us that evening!!! A shout out the Glen in the Finance Department! He cut our interest rate in half and worked deal on the warranty. This is the best dealership I've ever been to! The best sales associates are Miggy and Malcom

  • Poor customer service

Dealership was open a week when I purchased a vehicle. I live out of town and had family look at car and place on hold for me. Got financing squared away externally, and sales person was very nice about overnighting me the paperwork. I signed it and sent back next day, with payment. The plan was for parents to pick up used car and take to friend's shop for minor repairs. Got a phone call the next day stating they did not send me the correct paperwork, and I would need to come in person to sign in order to get the car. I had to make a special trip into town on a Friday evening to resign paperwork, so I could get car released.. In an effort to make it 'right' they filled up the gas tank to make up for the extra driving. (which was 5 hours ONE WAY) Arrived at dealership and was left to wait for 30 minutes, and went into office to sign title paperwork and it was blank, and unprepared. I was expected to sign a blank document, absolutely unprofessional. The explantion was poorly given and inconsiderate. My sales person was nice, but the dealership as a whole should pay more attention to detail and be aware of poor customer service levels. My parents called back two days later asking if they would be willing to order new floor mats for the car (becasue they were not where to be found in the car) at the dealers discount, and they declined. You know that car buying nightmare? This was close to it, and stressful because no one knew what they were doing.
