    We placed our order for our 2023 Subaru Ascent in February, it finally arrived in late May. Unfortunately the person that's was assisting our salesman ordered the wrong model. Our salesman found the vehicle we requested and had it driven to our city. He more than made up for the delay and mistake. Happy to have made the switch to Subaru!

    When I purchased my new 2020 Outback XT Limited the finance manager tried to sell me a service plan. I had never purchased one before. I always figured I could do most of the service myself. The only reason I gave in was because he told me that not only were the oil changes included but the 36,000 mile differential fluid change was also included. When you added up the cost to have the dealer perform the maintenance for the first 3 years it worked out to a wash. Since there were other items covered as well, I decided to purchase the plan. When I took the car in for the last service I was told the differential fluid change was not covered. The next day my wife spoke with the GM, Phil Larson, who told her that the service was included when we purchased our Outback but was no longer a part of the plan, but he would see if Subaru would do anything about it. Three weeks have gone by and Mr. Larson has not returned any phone calls or resolved this issue.

    Our sales guy, Tony Espinoza, made the experience painless and fun. We bought the second week of the coronavirus shut down, so this was our outing for the day. In fact we bought two cars during this visit. My wife also go an Outback to replace the one she has had for 3 years. Love both cars.

    First service and Informed the “Service” that the car was sold with a defective windshield, which is etched with many cuts. The personnel came out and tried to “wash” the cuts from the windshield. The dealership gave me a fast ridiculous explanation while I explained as a rocket scientist they did not understand material properties. Management did nothing.

    After reviewing the 2019 Cross-Over cars we sought to evaluate the Subaru Dealers. North Park has a great reputation and we were not disappointed as the sales process was kind, friendly, and helpful devoid of pressure and circular salesman/sales-manager/finance pressure sales so common in buying a car. I greatly recommend North Park. Perry D.

    I have bought many cars during my lifetime, my Subaru Crosstrek being the most recent. The car itself is outstanding and I'm having fun driving it. But what made the experience easy and even enjoyable was dealing with the great people at North Park Subaru at the Dominion. They were friendly and in tune with my needs, and when the time came to settle the bill I feel they were fair and accommodating. The process moved along swiftly and it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

    The dealer provided the best deal among the three dealers in my immediate area. The sales staff was very professional and efficient. They did their best to make the usually unpleasant experience of buying a vehicle simple and quick. The vehicle was perfectly prepped upon delivery. The sales staff took as much time as I needed to run through the features of the vehicle. The dealer continued to communicate after the sale, to ensure my vehicle was performing as expected. They also answered my questions after the sale quickly and professionally. One of the better vehicle purchase experience I've had.

    Dealership personnel was very professional from beginning to the end of the process, Sales Representative was very educated in the vehicle that I was interesting to purchase so I was provided with a quality services from the sales rep as I was presented with all the options and futures of the vehicle.

    The servicemen for our ascent were fantastic. Our car had less than 400 miles on it when a nail was discovered and determined a new tire would be needed. North park service too exceptional care for us and they were able to take care of the tire promptly and affordably. I’ve been to other dealers where you have to wait for quite some time alongside get charged an abundant amount. This was not the case in our experience at all. Thank you!

    From the minute I drove up the customer service was 5 star. I feel this way every time I go to North Park. They always make sure you are well taken care of - from dropping off, to communicating about what’s going on with your car, and making sure all your questions are answered. Buying my Subaru from North Park was the best thing I’ve ever done. So much better than other dealers I’ve worked with.

    In my life I have owned cars from a variety of manufacturers and have been to a variety of different dealer franchises. I have never been treated as well as this dealer treats me. The employees are always upbeat, you can tell they love what they do, and as a customer it makes bringing my car in a fun experience.

    This was my first ever trip to Subaru dealership and I walked out of here with my first Subaru. Though I only intended to look at the inventory, price vehicles, and compare deals, my salesman was accommodating and did not apply too much pressure. The entire staff was friendly and convinced me, correctly, that Subaru was the way to go.

    I started at another dealership with a really nice salesperson who showed me only what was in stock, all of them missing features I said were important to me. I went to North Park Dominion and received the attention I didn't realize I was missing. Instead of looking at what was in stock, I was asked for exactly what I wanted and my salesman found it a few hours away so that the next day I had my new car. Very courteous and eager to find what I wanted, not what he needed to sell from the lot.

    Can't say enough about our recent Outback purchase from NP Subaru at the Dominion. We purchased our Outback through a broker and NP Dominion had our vehicle. Tho I almost expected to be treated like a 2nd class citizen since it was a broker purchase... Au contraire! The manager, Stephen was wonderful. The purchase was during a stop-sale of Legacy's/Outbacks for a steering column issue, but Stephen was great on keeping us informed on when our vehicle would be ready and ensured it was on the top of the list to be ready once parts were available. Dan Hanus, our sales "guy" was a pleasure to work with in getting the paperwork accomplished etc. Stetson walked us through the features of our new vehicle and Malcolm, the "finance guy", was great to work with as well. No pressure, just facts. A month later.... Love, love , love the Outback! (After all Love is what makes a Shbaru a Subaru). Received a phone call from Cameron who explained a new program to go over any items with new owners to ensure they get the best capabilities out of their new vehicles. Spent about a half hour going over various features. Plus a car wash and a gas card!! Now that's treating customers right! Not to mention a super nice waiting area with comfy chairs, computers, TV, drinks and cookies. Can't say enough nice things about these folks!

    I would just like to say that Tony Espinoza in the service department is great. He is always willing to help and explains issues with knowledge. With my previous Subaru, I had an issue while on a trip out of state and I called him on his cell phone after hours on a Saturday and he was more than willing to help. Great customer service!
