Low impact high value sales approach!

He definitely sold me on the safety features of the Subaru. Since my purchase, my… appreciation for those features has grown. What brought us back for the second purchase was that Joe continues to provide service after the sale, in helping to coordinate my service visits and checking in on us from time to time to make sure we are satisfied, giving additional Subaru owner tips with each contact.GREAT TO BE BACK IN THE SUBARU FAMILY!!

Keith was wonderful and listened to exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and did not try to get me looking at something I was not interested in.… I felt no pressure and was able to get a feel of the ride when test driving. He was to the point and honest with me and I am so happy with how smoothly everything went. Even their service team has been so pleasant with getting certain things together for my Forester. by Lucas2016 on 03/10/2016If I could give 4.5 stars I would. My wife and I are on a tight budget and car shopping on a tight budget is very difficult. We were not the easiest of customers, but Mr. Derek S. at NP Subaru endured with us and really helped us. We are… thankful for his follow-ups, his openness and courtesy. I've never purchased a car at a dealership before so I didn't really know what I was doing. I've heard stories of how dealers can be talked down, can't be talked down and how they'll cheat you. With Derek we never felt we were being cheated and he was willing to work with us and our budget. When we walked out the second time he eventually called us as a courtesy before a vehicle we were looking at was sold. He was going to give us the option to buy the vehicle before somebody else did. We were thankful he called us, but by the time I decided to move forward (half a day) the vehicle had sold. So after a few weeks we called Derek on the very first vehicle we looked at and asked if he would come down yet a little more; he was given the approval to come below $10,000.00 and we were in business. The next day we made things final and we were owners of a quality used vehicle. We purchased the vehicle "as is" no warranty. That night the check engine light came on and the next day I called Derek about it. He told me to go to their service department at NP Lincoln for a courtesy diagnostic check. When I arrived they knew who I was and what I had reported to Derek. They treated me like royalty. Turns out the ignition coil and something else was wrong. Knowing I purchased the vehicle "as is" I was expecting to pay a couple hundred dollars to get it fixed. The manager at NP Lincoln said not to worry; Derek had taken care of it. They did not have to work on my vehicle for free, but they did! I was very impressed with the sales and service department and will recommend NP Subaru/NP Lincoln to anyone who asks. I have bought over 4 cars from Red McCombs Ford/Hyundai and 3 cars from Ancira Nissan and have yet to have as positive an experience as I had at North Park Subaru Sales. A young motivated… and kind gentleman named Darryl approached us within 5 minutes of our arrival and simply offered to help us with whatever we needed. We took a couple of test drives for used and Certified vehicles. During the entire process, we never felt pushed, obligated, nor strong-armed into anything. Our shopping experience was fast, certain, and professional. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Subaru Impreza in December and a Subaru WRX in January of 2016. He helped us with both cars and followed up after the process to ensure all things were handled. He was very mindful of budget, function, and likes/dislikes. All gaps were bridged by this amazing young salesman who still understands that car dealerships are not the most fun places to visit. He certainly has the potential to serve clients of all ages and demographics and will certainly be our go-to guy for all of our purchases. Phil in finance, was just as amazing and helped us get the best deal and rate. Give them a try and let them help you buy and drive a car that will last longer than it will for you to pay it off.
