    We have a great experience & assistance with Mazda so far. I've been the loyal client close to 10 years. On November 5, we brought our CX-5 for regular services and we got assistance from Josh. He did such an excellent services for us and we are very pleased with his service & the Technician on that day. The Technician (sorry I didn't get his name) did a great job explaining the situation of my car. We love how Mazda has this video features of our service. Asa customer it gives us a peace of mind knowing you all take care of this service seriously. Thank you Josh & all the Technician on that day for taking care of our car, and I apologize for a late response in giving this review. Overall all, the people at Service Department are very good in doing their job and we notice that you are all doing such a great job! Please keep up the excellent job & Thank you for all you do!     This will be a late review. However I feel that this people who assisted me on that day are deserved to get this credit with all they did to assist me & my car at their best. I think somewhere around April or May 2022 I went to NorthPark Mazda for my regular check/service & got assistance from SERGIO, Service Department and CHRIS or CHRISTIAN, Technician (if I am not mistaken the Technician name.. sorry) who shown me the video during the service of my car. They all did such an excellent services and accommodated me at their best! I am very pleased with their service. Thank you Sergio, Chris/Christian, Technician & all the Technician on that day for taking care of my car. I have to put out this words as well, which I believe this person deserved a good words. As long as I am with Mazda close to 10 years as a client & doing all this regular check, I got a lot of assistance from SANTIAGO, Service Department. From day one until today he has been consistently showing & giving me the best service at his best & I thank you for that. He also has a positive attitude no matter how days he has. So also shout out to Santiago! I love how Mazda has this video features of our service. As a customer it gives us a peace of mind knowing you all take care of this service seriously. Overall all, the people at SERVICE DEPARTMENT & ALL TECHNICIAN are very good and it is noticed! Please keep up the excellent job & Thank you for all you do! Evi

    BEWARE dealing with this dealership and it's service department. When my accelerator on my Tribute stuck on the highway (very serious problem and terrifying experience), I was told to bring the car in to be checked out by the dealer. North Park Mazda not only charged me over $100 to tell me what was wrong, they refused to accept responsibility for their faulty machinery or repair it. When I attempted to have towed off their property after paying the fee, the tow-truck driver found that they had mis-placed my car and none of the employees knew where it was. I had to arrange and pay for another tow the following day. When I tried to talk to Tony in the service department about it, I was argued with, yelled at and hung up on, twice. This story may sound extreme, but it did happen. Please proceed with caution.

    my wife just bought an 07 jeep from north park masda. this jeep had a known emisions problem, with a little trickery the engine light can be tricked not to come on , after a few days the light will show again. after taking the car to a real jeep deailer we were told this was not a new problem with the car and that north park masda surely knew about the problem. after taking the car back to north park masda my wife was told there is nothing we can do for you. the north park rep. seemed to be amsued by this with an "oh well" and a snicker.

    Having dealt with the service dept for nearly 4 years I feel comfortable warning anyone thinking of using them to be wary and be prepared to fight to get the service you need, esp if it is warranty related. Don't let the new building fool you, behind the pretty facade is a service dept that has no interest in you unless they can make some money off of you. Nothing is easy or quick in dealing with them - be prepared to be aggravated by the slow response and poor attitude.
