Great experience at Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio

I phoned the dealership and spoke with Paulina who confirmed the car was in stock and ultimately conducted the sale of the car with my wife and me. She was very friendly, polite, professional, a… pleasure to work with. I had a friend inspect the car as we were from the Houston area. Paulina had the car ready for him prior to his arrival. There was an issue with the hood alignment, but Paulina had their mechanics check the car and the problem was quickly resolved. The next day, she sent me pictures of the front end confirming it was correctly aligned and a deal sheet with a good offer for my 10-year-old trade-in. I made a Saturday appointment with Paulina, test drove the very clean car, and signed the sales paperwork with Susie in finance, who was also very pleasant to deal with. We felt no sales pressure, a mere presentation of what the dealership had to offer. Our transaction was concluded in roughly two hours. We appreciate the dealership’s assistance and will very likely look to Mercedes-Benz of San Antonio for vehicles in the future.Thank you for your business and this review. Absolutely Amazing!
by Sequina on 03/11/2023This was by far my best car buying experience. The staff was so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, compared to other dealerships I have visited over the years. I felt like I was with family! My sales professional Mardi Pulido was amazing!… She took her time to access my needs, and made sure my car meet them. The finance manager Mychal Payne and the floor manager both went above and beyond, to make my deal happen. Another plus for me was, I was at at the dealership all day!
