  • I got the “Pretty Woman” treatment here

1 out of 5 starsby Stephanie Simon on 05/04/2022

My husband and I had gone in to test drive a Q8 a couple weeks ago , and ultimately decided I wanted to look for an SQ7 for the third row and more HP. Sales rep David that day was amazing ! Wasn’t rushing me , we test drove multiple vehicles , and he stated they didn’t have an SQ7 at the time , but would call me when they did. Fast forward a week , he calls to say they have one and to come drive it. I had to fly out for a funeral , so I said I would come the next week. Then comes today. I went in to drive said vehicle I’ve been waiting 2 weeks to do drive , but David was not there. The joke of a sales manager Jazz was VERY pushy , wanting me to drive the car to my husband at work so we could buy it right then and there. I said no , I will come back with my husband when he’s not at work IF I like the vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me “we don’t just let people test drive $100k cars if they’re not going to buy them” , and I was in utter shock. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to buy a car that I can’t test drive. Needless to say , I will never be doing business here. And from the looks of the other reviews , I’m not the only person who has had a bad experience with this man.

  • 150 Days No Tag or Title

1 out of 5 starsby Talbot Cox on 01/11/2021

NO TAG OR TITLE AFTER 150 DAYS!! I don't know where to start on the unprofessionalism of this dealership and these three men Corey Silver, Josh Hoffart, Brandon Brock I guess we should go back to August 17th when I boarded a plane and flew to San Antonio to purchase a vehicle. I walked into the dealership with my eyes set on a Jaguar F-Pace. Of course, they told me on the phone before I got on the plane they still had it for sale for $28,000 but when I got to the dealership they told me they had sold that one. They then showed me multiple others that were around 33k-42k. I then told them I was going to go purchase another Jaguar down the street at Rick Cavender Toyota for 28k Listed online. (Cavender Toyota their sister dealership.) The manager walked away and came back and told me he had just called that dealership and they sold theirs as well. I then walked outside and called the dealership to see if they actually did sell it and they put me on hold then asked me my name which I thought was strange I told them then they said they had sold it that morning. I hung up and had my friend call them from a local Texas number and they told him it was still for sale he could come test drive it now. This is all besides the point and a typical sales tactic but I am opening with this to show you the start of the lies and deception from the management of this dealership. I decided to stay at this dealership after the manager chased me out the door because I had ordered an Uber and walked out. After 1 hour of negotiations, I ended up buying a 2019 Jaguar F-pace fully loaded. for $42k August 17 (Purchase Date) Let's fast forward 3 weeks. (September) I contacted the dealership as I have not received my tag/title. They told me to wait another week or so and it should arrive. I let three weeks go by (October) I contact the dealership they said they would find out what's wrong and get back in touch with me. I finally get a call in November. They reach out and tell me that National DMV(Third Party) is needing a VIN inspection. I then asked them "okay what does that mean?" What do I need to do? They said they would get back to me and let me know. Another 2 weeks go by I get really mad. I call the dealership and demanded an immediate response. They then told me that "They had been trying to get into contact with me to go get a VIN inspection" Which I was waiting to hear back from them. Which was a complete lie. (No emails or voice mails left?) I was at the airport checking in heading to Mexico. I checked my bags drove down the street and got a VIN inspection and drove back to the airport and sent a photo of the VIN inspection to AUDI DOM. They then contacted me and said "oh wait we need the physical copy." So I called a buddy of mine he went and got the VIN Inspection out of my car at the airport and overnighted it that night to Audi. I am telling you this because finally 3 months later they asked me to do one thing and I did it within minutes for them. November 23 Brandon Brock at Audi gets the Vin inspection. Mid December Weeks go by. Thinking all is in the clear. I will have my tag any second. I contact the dealership they say they're not sure why I don't have it. That they will reach back out to me and let me know. End of December. I call the dealership and go crazy on them. I demand to talk to the dealership owner Rick Cavender. The next day I receive a personal phone call from Rick who is completely embarrassed by the events that led up to this. He tells me he will put Josh Hoffart the GM on this right away to get me my tag ASAP. I also contact National DMV at this point to find out what's going on. They tell me that they have been waiting on AUDI to get them the VIN inspection since late August. That this is all AUDIS fault. I call Brandon Brock to get an update and his words to me were "things are crazy because of COVID....". I called him out on it and then he apologized I told him I talked to national DMV they said they have been waiting since August. Then he apologized and said "These things happen more often than you think" HA! Yeah sure buddy. NEW YEAR! 140 Days NO TAG! I contact National DMV again they told me because of the delay from the dealership there is now a LATE fee with DMV Oklahoma. I contact Brandon to see what's up and Brandon says. "Mr. Cox it appears there are additional fees that were not covered but we as the dealership are going to take care of these fees for you this time so don't worry about it. We will cover you." HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THE LATE FEES BECAUSE OF HIS DEALERSHIP! I completely called him out on this. He had no response and tried to play it off blaming covid again. Today is January 11th, 147 Days since the purchase of my vehicle from Audi Dominion. I have yet to receive my tag and title for the car. This dealership is an embarrassment to Rick Cavender and his name. Rick was the nicest guy in the world I can't believe he has employees like this that work for him. I would never in a million years step a foot into this dealership again. Last but not least Brandon Brock illegally just continues to print me temporary tags under the dealership's name which is illegal. As I should have only received 1 temp tag under my personal name. That's 30 days. I learned that from DMV Texas when filing my official complaint. I have opened investigations with DMV Texas, DMV Oklahoma, Wells Fargo Auto, National DMV, and Audi USA. Maybe just maybe one day I will receive my tag.
