Great Service with a Concern
by Mr_Texas on 06/05/2019We took our 2015 Nissan Quest in for regular service and an issue with a thud when it shifts. Thinking it was a transmission issue we left the vehicle for them to evaluate. Come to find out, we had two motor mounts that were bad which was… surprising to the service advisor and to Nissan. The van has 65,000 miles so fortunately we had the extended warranty. We paid our $100 deductible, but without the extended warranty we would've paid out a couple of thousand dollars.Hi Mr. Texas! The best car buying experience I've had

I live 6 hrs from this location and my sales woman (Rene Winot) helped me with everything I needed before I even gassed up to leave home. All my questions and concerns regarding the vehicle,… financing, or anything were answered. I knew that driving up there I'd be driving the vehicle back down. The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly and professional. Everyone from the managers to the mechanics, just so welcoming and helpful. I will absolutely look to this dealership in the future for any other car purchases.We are thrilled to hear we could earn your business from so far away! The salesperson requested a copy of my ID and insurance card about lunchtime. I also let her know about what time… I would be there. I met with her a little early and we knocked out some paperwork. I kept getting updates that it was going thru financing only to find out an hour later the financing guy just got the paperwork.Hi Eamon, I was sorry to hear about the wait time to complete your paperwork during your visit. Said I didn't want to play the game... ended up playing the game for over an hour. Was told they couldn't help us, we left and then got a call that… they could help us. For cheaper than it would've cost on the outside I got a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, inspection, fluids topped off, and an… external car wash. They were ready and waiting for me upon arrival, and my service took exactly 1 hour, which is what I was quoted on the phone. by Madwomen2019 on 05/04/2019I had an appointment for an oil change; No one acknowledges me for about 10mins finally I am asked do I have an appointment, then I'm asked what do I need..oil change I would like the special. 1.5 hrs goes by nobody comes and talks to me… about my car, I see my car pull up wait about 10 minutes for someone to explain my cars checkup...nothing go to pay for my car it's twice as much as what I was expected to pay..they assumed I wanted the higher price oil change without asking..Hi, I am very sorry to hear about your experience with your oil change. The wait time should not have been that long and there should have been no surprises when you went to check out. That is not our standard.
