  • Wasted time. TWICE

    Came here with a preapproval in hand to buy a truck that they listed as available but it was at their Arlington BMW dealer according to the website. The salesperson tried to sell me a new dodge instead. Fine, I was interested in considering it. But I told her what my parameters were and she insisted she could make it work. Wasted a couple hours of my time to find out they were way off and tried ripping me a new one on rate and lowballed my trade, even though they quoted me more through their online tool. I left. A couple of days later I drove to Arlington, they used my preapproval and I got the truck I wanted the whole time. Arlington was 10/10. Easy and fast deal, good rate and they gave me MORE for my trade than their online tool. Next I came in here today to see about a strange message on my radio regarding the SOS system. The service rep was very friendly and professional. She went to the GM to ask if they would service it and he said no. They told me they wouldn’t fix it and that it was Arlington’s problem to fix, even though they’re the same ownership. They had a chance to at least be my servicing dealer today but they lost that too. I’ll never do any business here. I sure love my truck though and wish they would’ve just sold me what I wanted the first time. Instead, they worked hard to make sure I wouldn’t do any business with them. So there ya go.

  • Stay away from this dealership at all costs

    I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe from this dealership. Deposit was initially made Mon Jan 8 2024 and the purchase was finalized on Tues Jan 16 2024. I have had numerous issues during this time that are still ongoing. Long story short I was sold a brand new car that I paid cash for that had a defective window when I took it off the lot and now has 26 miles on it and now the car won't start. It's not a battery issue. It is currently being worked on. Justin the sales advisor needs a course in customer service. Don't trust him. Lance the service advisor has been the only helpful person thus far for me. I emailed the GM Kelly McMullen on Sat Jan 20 about the litany of issues I have had and it's now Jan 24 and no response or phone call has been made. I'm appalled at this lack of accountability by them. I work in the customer service business and don't expect perfection. I don't expect perfection but at least be accountable for errors and mistakes and communicate appropriately with your customer. Go somewhere else, anywhere else for a car. I will forever regret going there and won't repeat this mistake again. I strongly encourage you to avoid them too.

    Purchased a used truck after driving 1 day it started having transmission problems, took it back and they fixed the problem. The salesperson Leslie and sales manager Sam were great. If you’re looking for a vehicle new or used give Rockwall Dodge a try. I have nothing but good things to say about them, service department was great as well.

    Wonderful dealership in every aspect! My salesperson, Shirley James was wonderful! She answered the phone when I called to check on a vehicle that was online. She handled everything wonderfully! From the test drive to appraisal of my two trade ins, to getting paperwork done to the detail, she was amazing. My finance person, Jason, was great, friendly and efficient doing the paperwork for my new Lexus! The management gave me a great trade value for my two cars! This buying experience was the best ever!     SI was a Perfect sales man not pushy or aggressive towards us as some others have been, that's all great but then the issue was the cost of the truck and adds and everything... this young sales man went above and beyond told for us. He blatantly told us upfront his responsibilities included finding the car WE wanted not the car he liked or made the most on. Si was ok with spending time making sure we got exactly what we wanted and at an awesome price. I have no problem spending a little extra time to get exactly what we want. Trust me Si is the one to talk to here also the manager Ben Was friendly and personable.
