My Sales guy was Shawn Waara, and my finance guy was Daylan Woltemath.. From start to finish all I am gonna say is WOW! What a great experience. I came in wanting a new Sierra SLT. With all of the incentives and a decent APR rate at hand,… and Shawn working for me, I was able to afford my new truck. The finance guy made things easy, explaining the numbers to me on the BIG screen. I was even able to afford an extended warranty that didn't run up my monthly payment. Everything was done in a relaxed, stress-free environment. Post Sale- Shawn is working to resolve a few small details that need fixing. Thank you overall for a job well done!

Excellent Customer Service
by brian166 on 11/04/2010Bought a 2008 GMC Acadia from this dealer and was very impressed the high level of customer service I received from their Internet Manager Quentin DeRossett. He went above and beyond sending me lots of pictures and information in regards to… this vehicle. I live out of state however, that played no part in this transaction, it was seamless!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is still interested in "Real Cusotmer Service" which we all know is hard to find in todays world!!
