My Sales guy was Shawn Waara, and my finance guy was Daylan Woltemath.. From start to finish all I am gonna say is WOW! What a great experience. I came in wanting a new Sierra SLT. With all of the incentives and a decent APR rate at hand,… and Shawn working for me, I was able to afford my new truck. The finance guy made things easy, explaining the numbers to me on the BIG screen. I was even able to afford an extended warranty that didn't run up my monthly payment. Everything was done in a relaxed, stress-free environment. Post Sale- Shawn is working to resolve a few small details that need fixing. Thank you overall for a job well done!

They offered 5,000 less than what they are asking for it now.I feel they could've compromised a little better… than what they did!!No sales rep!

Walked around several vehicles and gave sales reps plenty of time to greet me.Was not greeted either time. Walked past several sales reps who were chatting… with one another. They did not ask me if I needed help. I am a buying customer very soon but never from this dealership.Enjoyed Experience

I stopped in at Heritage to make an appointment for an oil change and to have someone look at a tire that looked strange to me (I'm a widow and depend on ya'll to keep me… safe). To my surprise, the gentlemen said they could work me in in about 10 minutes. I went down the street to grab a hamburger to go and returned to the dealership for the service. I had my lunch there watching the news in the waiting room and had the work done. They were courteous, efficient and they listened to my problems. Great experience.The Four Hour Deal
