I LOVE the Buick (I call it my Tank) because I can carry a lot of things in it especially the dogs to… the vets; our other car can't take the Border Collie very well. Wishing that the Buick could be fixed or replaced by something similar. Anyone out there that wants to donate a vehicle?Thank you for sharing your experience with our service department. We are happy to help you keep that Buick going strong!

by Pershey on 10/08/2016The very nice experience that I have come to expect from Reliable. One thing you might look at is the time it takes to first come in contact with a service agent. My son and I drove up behind a truck. While the agent help the… customer in front of us, we waited. Oddly looking at 2-3 gentleman behind the glass wall looking back at us. About 5 minutes pass and the agent helping the truck in front of us asked if we had been helped. He took care of us extremely well from there. Beyond that, it was the superb service we have always received from Reliable for all 6 of the vehicles we have purchased from you.Thanks for that important feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and we're sorry for the wait but happy to hear you were well taken care of after that. But the salesmen found another car for me to look at. The GTO he brought me to look at was in very good shape… and ran like a top. After talking a bit over on price we came to a deal and after signing paperwork, I drove my new car home. It ran great and I felt good on the deal we and the salesmen had agreed upon.
