Avoid if you even like your car just a little bit.
by Old Soul on 05/31/2021Quality is NOT on Reliable Chevrolet body shop's list of concerns, not even at the bottom. If you don't care about your car or the value of your car after they're finished with it then find another body shop. I came to them with my older… Camaro SS because they were a Chevrolet dealer and I thought they may actually give it a little bit more care being it's a numbered, limited build Chevrolet vehicle than anyone else. NOPE! Couldn't have been more wrong. Every time the car went to them it came back wrong from leaving control arm bolts loose after an alignment to misaligned body panels, broken interior components to things like the radio and windows not even working any longer. IF I were to write it all this review would be too long for anyone to stay interested and probably already is. Just know this, they don't car how they do the job, they just want to do it as quickly as they can without ever even bothering to check if it was done right.Great service

Service Department was on top of it immediately the only hold back was the part but they did everything to get the the module shipped. Otherwise… they did a great job. Thank YouGreat Experience

When time came to make the deal, he and others were willing to meet… my goals and thus a deal was made. Really appreciate his efforts. by Jorge on 10/28/2019I arrived at 7am for my appointment for service. I was greeted by my service advisor, Sean and he reviewed the service to be completed, and that the service was free. He recommended the recommended the oil and fuel conditioners every other… maintenance service, and he had a coupon to bring the price down to about 38.00. He asked if I was going to wait or did I need a ride as the service would take about 2 hours. Last but not least, he asked if I had time for the free hand wash. I said yes and went to the waiting area. 1 hour and 40 minutes later, I was driving out and the final cost was $37.81.service review
