by Ex.AmandaRose on 12/20/2018So let me start off with I have never wrote a bad review and I try to always look at the good in everything so this is really a bad experience if I am taking the time to write this, I just hope that no one else gets this hard sellmans names… Aaron and the finance guy who i really try my best to forget. I am more than likely just going to keep this car based on the treatment I received from this dealership. I am currently in 2016 XSE and pay 430 long story short it’s too much for a Toyota anywho I expressed this I was leaning toward going down in models and when I got caught up in this I started signing and by the time I was in the fianance department I would be paying almost 410 to go down 2 classes and all so I was livid so much and they wore me down, I called my husband and by the time he made it there I was in tears. The finance manager told me I had to lease this car now and I have to tell you no I don’t and I never had even taking over the keys mind you and it’s my first time going at this alone so it’s a major letdown and I will never be excited to go car shopping again. I am only writing this because I really wanted to forget about this whole nightmare but it’s hard to when they were crappy at their job and did indeed put that we had purchased this car from them on that day it’s a pathetic try at a sale and I did just dispute this charge and my credit card company were more than happy to do so.
