I drove five hours to purchase a used mustang from this dealership. The salesman, Christopher Ramos, was awesome and the process was fast and easy as well as the follow up.

He was always very quick with feelings to my questions and followed up proactively but wasn't… "salesy." the store was also much more laid back than park place. Plano was more welcoming and didn't act or treat you like you needed to have a net worth of millions to get great service. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a porsche.Most Beautiful Boxster Ever

by bmccaulley on 01/23/2016Mark Laurenzi made the entire experience incredibly seamless. I reached out to Mark a few weeks ago letting him know my wife was in the market for a Cayenne. I had previously purchased a Targa 4S from him, and he said he'd get right on… it. Boy did he! Less than a week later, I was on my way out of town for a business trip when he reached out to me with a CPO Cayenne that met my wife's requirements. He went the extra mile to walk me through everything, send me pictures, walk my wife through the test drive, set up the financing, etc. while I was gone. When I got back it was a very simple process to finalize all the paperwork. The dealership itself is impeccable. The recent renovation has really opened it up and has greatly increased the amount of cars available in the showroom. The staff is all friendly, and works to get to know you by name. They also frequently have customer events that make you feel like you're part of the Porsche family. The parts and accessories department is willing to cut deals on certain items, especially if you're a repeat customer. All in all, I really feel like you're getting the premium experience that I'm paying for in a premium car.New Lease Purchase

Our "normal" experience of getting into a new car is that its often a painful stressful… process that takes up to much of valuable time but they made the process pleasant and easy on us. David is very service minded and he thinks about everything to make our purchase of a high end car the best ever and we specially enjoy his non-pressure sales approach that allows us to feel confident and comfortable choosing Porsche of Plano again. Jason P. was my Sales Consultant and I must say the one word that comes to mind is PROFESSIONAL. He has to be the most… customer focused salesman I have ever met. Jason contacted me when he found a vehicle he thought fit the criteria I was looking for. I worked with Jason over the phone and through email as I am in Houston and could not get up to the dealership right away. We worked on and off during the week and by the weekend I was at the dealership taking delivery of a beautiful Cayenne. It was exactly what I was looking for. This whole experience EXCEEDED my expectations. This is the way a car-buying experience should be. If only they were closer to Houston so I could continue to use them for service. If you are looking for a new or used Porsche I highly recommend calling Jason and let him know what you are looking for. Great experience!Excellent Sales and Service!

They don't bring you to a back office and sweat you with different… levels of sales management. Buying a car from Porsche Plano is actually a pleasant experience as they teach you about the cars and answer every question you may have. I highly recommend John L. as a Sales Contact - he is friendly, knowledgeable and listens to what your needs are. Financing is also simple and quick. Equally important is their Service Department. While they all are great, my wife and I really like Isaac as he knows us really well and goes out of his way to take care of us. You are treated great when you arrive, they honor warranties and provide free loaner cars. I hope you all have as great experience as we have.
