I drove five hours to purchase a used mustang from this dealership. The salesman, Christopher Ramos, was awesome and the process was fast and easy as well as the follow up.

Dropped a quick e-mail inquiry and had a response from Mark L. at 9:05 a.m. Saturday. Appointment set for 11:30… a.m., Mark spent plenty of time with me on a thorough test drive (two test drives in fact). Brought my wife by on Monday morning to see the car, she liked it, started the paperwork, and took delivery Tuesday. One of the smoothest transactions I have completed and Mark was the consummate professional. Even after delivery, Mark initiated additional follow-up to make certain there were no lingering questions as to operating the vehicle, the electronics package, etc. Mark even set an appointment for me to come back to go over a few of my questions (not covered in the quick reference manual). Would highly recommend Mark L. and Porsche of Plano...Accept No Substitute.Best car buying experience ever

I am in Los Angeles so everything was done over the phone and email, and I never saw the car before I had paid for it etc. Owen F. helped me buy the car within my… budget! He was awesome: responded promptly to all my emails (I had a lot of questions), was very knowledgable/professional, was patient when my office sent the wire transfer to the wrong account number and delayed everything. Because I never saw the car, I was a little worried what to expect when it came, especially since it had 8k miles and was on a transport truck for 1,400 miles. It was flawless! Very well detailed, full of gas, and NOT A MARK ON IT (inside or out). I could not have been happier with the purchase. Even though I'm 1,400 miles away, I'll definitely buy from Owen F. @ Porsche of Plano again!Great car, great dealership!

Had one of the best test drive experiences with him. A very cool guy. The whole experience… was smooth. Mark was even kind enough to drive 45mins to pick me up from the airport on delivery day! Truly appreciated that. Worked with John G on a very good deal. Absolutely love the dealership and facilities. People are so friendly there. Much much better than Austin Porsche. Great deal + CPO!

He helped Greg get into a Turbo for the first time and, while I thought we were shopping for him, two days later… I showed up wanting to compare the 997.1 Carrera S with a 997.2 base Carrera. Jason again was great to work with and very knowledgeable and ultimately connected me with my dream car! Porsche of Plano offered my 2006 Carrera S Cabriolet in Arctic Silver with black rims and a SICK Sport Exhaust AND certified with a 2-year warranty at an incredible price! The car was babied and updated with LEDs so it looks like a 997.2. Plus, in getting the car certified they did 9/10s of the 60k service and offered to split the cost of the sparkplugs in 3k when service was due. They also gave me fair value on my 2001 Boxster S for a trade-in. I am a VERY happy customer and THRILLED new 911 owner!Great Dearership

Both experiences were stellar, from the sales person to the manager to the finance department. The multi-day negotiations (pace… dictated by us) went smoothly, and we did not feel as though we were in a fight to get a deal that we could live with. At the end, we got an exceptional deal and the post-sales followup by both the salesman and the manager has been exemplary. We tried to work with a dealership (slightly) closer to us, but the experience was night and day. As an out of state buyer, I had several question about the car and David demonstrated patience and provided excellent follow-thru in responding to my… many questions. David was honest in his opinion of the used Audi A8L I ended up purchasing, explicitly detailing any blemishes on the car, being very careful not to oversold the car.
