They told me last week that this was a typo but they obviously are not interested in fixing it. I wouldn't waste my time with them. No… telling what else they may lie to you about.Shady people and cars

by 14BMW535i on 01/12/2018Worst experience ever, never expected this from a dealer, Add posted by these people will have a big list of options that car is equipped with, unfortunately you will not find all the listed options. I have personally faced this type of… issue. I purchased a car 2 weeks back then figured out the mismatch from the posted add-- I have reached out to them and asked them to take back the car I dont need since this doesn't have options which are posted in Advertisement posted by Autos of Dallas, and the answer from them is NO we dont take return, and they gave me two options 1. Either I have to trade the car to them with 1K less of what I have purchased, and but another car from them and pay the rest or 2. I have to fix the issue/option which they posted online. (I have to bare the charges) They faked the people by posting unnecessary adds, people like me will be deceived . I have been calling and emailing them requesting to take back the car, but no one responds back. This is so frustrating, why should I have to lose 1K or put money to fix my car since it is now my mistake. Its been a week now I have no response from Autos of Dalls I would recommend buying with some other dealer who doesn't fake to the people.Just a great car buying experience

After visiting two other dealers I located the car I wanted at Autos of Dallas. Bryan verified the vehicle in question was… available on the lot. An appointment was made and when I arrived Bryan had all the necessary information on the car ready for me. The test drive confirmed I had selected the car I really wanted. Within thirty minutes a deal had been struck. I picked up the newly detailed car the next morning. Smooth sailing.
