Great Experience!
by DGfromATX on 09/03/2023I was looking for a new (to me) car that would be more reliable than the cars I have now. I looked online at other dealerships and the prices were higher for older vehicles with more miles. EchoPark’s selection was good, albeit that the… transportation charges from some other dealerships were high. I looked at one vehicle, and it wasn’t for me - the price was right but there were some things about the vehicle that I didn’t like. So, after waiting and checking back on the website, and touching base with Katee periodically, a car that fit the bill showed up in the inventory. I happened to be out of town for work, and EchoPark won’t hold a car for longer than a day, so I took my chances and waited until I got back into town. Fortunately for me, since the car had been in inventory for a while at that point, the price was dropped by $500. When I got back into town I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Some things that I really liked were that there was absolutely no pressure. The prices almost always lower than other no-haggle dealers - Carvana wanted about $6k more for a very similar car. Katee was patient with me during the whole process. Finally, Katee was my point of contact through the entire process, including the financing (with support from others in the “back-of-house”. There were no closed-door meetings with the Sales Manager. The whole process was stress-free and overall a great experience. First Time Experience at EchoPark with Peter

His manager was also great. She greeted everyone with an amazing smile and great… attitude! I would recommend this to everyone who looking for a used car. 2021 Ford Edge SEL
by Jeremy L on 08/07/2023What a great experience with EchoPark Auto. Cliff took an extraordinary amount of time with us and got us into our 4th pick patiently. Appreciate the extra effort and kindness. While we had researched 2 other dealers and had our car… lists. We put Echo as a possibility on our list. Blue bonnet had everything online in service and possibly at one of there 4 locations in NB. Traveled to 3 out 4 with help only per a phone call. The other dealership was nasty off the bat and I will review online with Yelp. Now thinking it all pointless we took our third option and went to EchoPark Auto in NB. Should have went there first. Without an appointment we got right in and told Sabrina what we wanted. Cliff joined us momentarily and went through all my wife’s picks. Locked in the Ford Edge 2021 SEL and drove it home Saturday night. Thank you Cliff and Team at EchoPark. Major props on Customer Service and managing a tight knit team. That still means something in this online age.Jeremy, this review will make existing guests feel good and new guests see what they can expect from our process here at EchoPark New Braunfels.
Great Customer Service
by Bgeisel on 07/12/2023They went above and beyond. I purchased my truck when I was on vacation out of State. I was in WA State and I lived outside of Dallas, TX. The Truck was at EchoPark Automotive San Antonio (New Braunfels), which was over 40 miles away from… San Antonio airport. Since we were flying in late in the evening, they processed all the paper work and moved my truck to the San Antonio location less than 10 miles away from the airport. It made the process of picking up the truck much easier from flying into San Antonio so we could drive back to Dallas.Thank you! Your review is proof that our guests leave happier. Best car buying experience so far!

I was able to schedule an appointment to test drive the car and while I did that, my trade-in was appraised. The whole process was transparent and there was… no pressure to add additional costs through services, programs, or accessories. Raquel was amazing throughout the entire process. And when I forgot to get an item out of my previous vehicle, she agreed to mail it to me! That is the kind of customer service I am here for!Marie, Thank you for your kind words! Easy smooth purchase
