Great experience purchasing my first Subaru

Having already researched online at the Subaru website I visited the dealership for more information. Greeted immediately by Mr.… Shah, one of their salespeople. He was personable and knowledgeable. The entire team from sales to finance made the process easy. No high-pressure sales tactics and a relaxed atmosphere. Very happy with this dealership and our new car.Very kind purchase experience

The financing plans were the best among all my options, and also the… product was one of the most appealing for me. I chosen the build and price option since I decided that if I was commiting for a long term financing program, I wanted something exactly as I expect. They did and offered a great financing program, attention and were open to build and price instead of trying to sell a stock vehicle. At the end I decided to buy from them.Best Subaru Dealership in the Region!
by Pureplasma3 on 07/12/2022I had been looking for a Subaru Crosstrek for over a month, (I live in the Houston Area) I was so glad I was able to shop around and find the excellent people at JK Subaru. They had a Crosstrek in inventory and the best news of all they did… not UPCHARGE - That is right $0 extra cost. Todays market is unprecedented and all other Subaru dealerships were up charging up to $3,000 of MSRP. Their staff was great and easy to deal with, I am super glad I made the short drive to their location. Thank you JK Subaru!WARNING-DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
by Caramseyer on 07/05/2016BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM HERE......We placed a refundable $500 deposit on a 2017 Subaru Outback, no specific car was reserved, and we decided not to proceed with the purchase for reasons that have nothing to do with the dealership.… HOWEVER, we have asked for our money back MULTIPLE TIMESAVER and the dealership, including the Vice President, keeps giving us the run around and STILL has not given us the money or written a check. We get excuses like "the bank is closed," and "the person who can take care of this is not available." We even said we will come there and wait (we are traveling from two hours away in Houston) and the VP said, "do what you want." THIS IS NOT HOW A PLACE OF BUSINESS SHOULD OPERATE. WE WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. WE WILL WRITE A REVIEW ON EVERY SITE POSSIBLE. DO NOT GET SUCKERED BY THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE [non-permissible content removed]!!!!!!
