Hugo Castellano was an excellent salesman in assisting us with test driving various cars until we settled on the Accord model.

by Scott.C on 06/28/2018I just purchased my second car from Honda Cars of McKinney and really appreciate the customer service and low pressure sales. Obviously they want you to buy from them, but I haven't seen any of the games, ect I've seen at other dealers… (namely a Toyota dealer in Dallas when I was helping my mom look for a new car). Our first purchase was with Mike Gabrani this past December (2017), whom I highly recommend, and we decided to reach out to him again this past week when I wanted to purchase a new 2018 Honda Accord 1.5T. Mike is knowledgeable about Honda's products and doesn't push the sale at all. My wife and I both enjoyed working with him each time. Pre and post transaction he has been really helpful and comes across as sincere with his desire to find you the car you want and to fully ensure you understand all aspects of the vehicle you select. I've only had our 1st vehicle serviced once thus far here; however, the service bay guys are nice and respectful. On my first oil change I even brought my own filter that the tech made sure was installed. For $5-$10 I prefer to change the filter each time regardless of the manufacturer's guidelines regarding oil but no filter change intervals. I'd prefer to not have another car payment in the future, but if I decide to purchase another car my first stop will be back at Honda Cars of McKinney.Awesome Customer Service!!

He helped me with the car I wanted and walked me through the hold process, from… his supervisor to the finance department, everyone there was so nice, and Razaq walked me through every step. I would highly recommend getting your next car from here, the attention I was given was over and above. This is what customer service should look like!!4th Honda

He was patient with my questions and made sure to show me all the "cool features"… (Honda has lots of them). In the past, Honda Cars of McKinney serviced my Honda Accord, and I was never disappointed, which is why I started and ended my car shopping experience here.My go-to dealership

He was very sweet and patient with my fiancé and I, as we’re very picky as to what we wanted and liked… in a car. Marlon showed us many of cars that suited our needs, but overall went with our first choice of car which we fell in love with. So grateful for his service and patience.Love my new car!

When I arrived at McKinney Honda, Paul was very friendly and helpful but not at all pushy. That had the exact model,… color and trim package vehicle I wanted on the lot and offered me a competitive price. Robert, the finance guy I worked with, was helpful and I received good pricing on the extended warranty and aftercare packages as well. Again, not pushy just helpful and efficient. Everyone from the receptionist to the manager exceeded my expectations and I look forward to a long customer/dealer relationship with Honda of McKinney.Richard P. is a great salesperson!

The trade-in offered for our current car was fair. The finance guy was not pushy… about the warranties etc. We got out of the dealership with our new car in under 3 hours.Outstanding Customer Service

Jerry Johnson responded to my email promptly, and I will say the highest of professionalism. When we met at the appointed time ,… Jerry had all the cars ready, the presentation on them outstanding, and the test drive knowledgeable. This severely lacked at other dealerships I went to later, and I ended up contacting Jerry to make a deal on the first car I drove. I was extremely impressed with the way Jerry conducted himself, and have no degree of hesitation to recommend him as the sales person to contact when searching for a car.Salesmanship

After I experienced some very difficult dealings elsewhere I reach out to Honda Cars of McKinney. I was expecting… more of the same, but MJ answered the phone. Michael "MJ" Johnson listened carefully to what I was looking for and he ensured me that he could help. I felt right away that a connection with trust was established. When arriving at Honda Cars of McKinney and meeting MJ face to face, it was like seeing an old friend. He was welcoming, friendly and was excited to show me the car. MJ had the car cleaned and looking great just outside the door. We took a drive and had great conversations. MJ is just a cool nice guy and he meet and exceed my expectations. There is a reason why MJ has been here for fifteen years and I hope he is still there on my next car need as I will be a repeat customer! So far good. Drove far away and reached dealer. Inspire of negotiations, I… dont see they are interested to deal with customer. Had to leave in just few minutes as dealer didnt extend to negotiate.Wonderful experience

Joey was amazing with helping answer my questions about the vehicles I was… interested in, letting me test drive multiple cars and discussing cost over several hours. I felt in good hands & decided to return another day to close the deal where MJ and Troy picked up since Joey was out. These 3x did a great job getting me in the vehicle I wanted (2017 CR-V EX) and at a price point that worked for me. I will be going back to Honda Cars of McKinney for services and any future Honda vehicles for sure!
